If memory saves me, no, it just added furniture items to Buy mode like other regular stuff packs do.
Oh, I got confused because IKEA is a store. It would be neat if we had to pay for some clothes. Instead of everything being free.

I actually remember that this feature was in TS2 so maybe they'll add it to TS3 too. Of course we can do nothing but hope and hope, again... ::)

I've never played sims 2 so all the talk about what it had just sails over my head.

It had really really good stuff, but I guess TS3 is a different game and there is no going back. But we are still allowed to reminisce sometimes, aren't we?

Did seasons only bring weather? If so, I don't think I would want to pay 30 or more dollars for weather.

No, it brought Gardening, Fishing, and something else I can't remember. It acted really cool with TS2, but I don't know if it'll work that way with TS3 as we already have the aforementioned skills and stuff associated with them.

What, "Raking Leaves"? ;D But seriously, I don't think it'll bring new skills. :-\ But that is just speculation of course.

I was thinking more along the lines of predicting weather, but raking leaves is cool too.

Raking leaves could be affected by weather somehow, too! Like, at low levels, you would fail to rake those leaves because the wind would blow it up. :D

And building snowmen could be a skill.

Agreed! And for children/teenagers only. The possibilities are endless really!

What about the Childish Grownup Sims? The YA-Elder Sims that are Kiddies at heart. The Childish grownups should build snowmen too.

That could do too. Good idea. :)

In TS2, could sims freeze to death if they were out in the snow for too long?
