I agree with Thomas. Also, too, I think EA needs to give us some sort of free SimPoints, if you download a faulty item, that costs SimPoints. I realized this after downloading the Flute Forward, which cost me 75 Sim Points. Now, that was stupid on my part for clicking "Buy Now" impulsively, so I won't yell or complain about EA, for something I did without thinking. I do think, they need to give us an option to "Report this Item" like you would in the exchange, and provide feedback, and options, as to what the problem is. When you report that item, they should provide you with an apology letter, 1,000 Sim Points, or Free Sim items that are properly meshed, and remove or fix the item that was improperly meshed. If EA lets us provide this type of feedback, that means less complaining and they will know
exactly what is faulty, and what needs to be fixed. I'm sure if they have this type of deal added to the Sims 3 Game, to people that play it, EA can fix these problems, without the whining and hate speech, and they will get responses in a friendly manner.
