I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but I would love various curly hairstyles. I have very, very curly hair and never bother trying to make a Sims self because my curly hair is something that defines me and any attempt I've made just looks weird and nothing like me without the tight spiral curls.
I would also like a wider variety of jewelry. Simple chains, pendants, pearls, some fashion jewelry, etc. And also jackets/coats that can be layered. I think the Sims for X-box let you layer clothing and change sleeve length, etc and I really liked that option.
I agree too. I have curly hair myself, that I like to straighten 75% of the time, so more curly options are a must. Plus, you know how certain Sims have blonde hair with dark roots and eyebrows, as an indication they color their hair? (EX: Betty Newbie's mom Fatima, Zelda Mae, Skip Broke's aunt Mary Lou, Kate Pistachio) It would be neat if Sims had straight hair for everyday, and curly hair for swimming, implying that they straighten their hair. Yes, the past Sims Console Games have had the options to layer jackets, coats etc, along with the sleeve length, and I wish the Computer version did that too. I think body piercings are a must too. So many of us have eyebrow, nose and lip rings (I have a nostril piercing in RL myself) and have wanted it on our virtual selves for a long time.
I also think that they need to make skinny jeans that can be tucked in the boots, not worn over. The pirate boots that came with Barnacle Bay look really odd, on my Sims not being able to have them tucked into their jeans, almost third party looking.
I got excited that my Sims get a cute pair of trendy boots, and when I actually tried them out in CAS, they looked really weird. Yes, this goes for the cute boots in Generations too. Also, Generations needs to make sure their CAS content is better meshed. My Sims are getting the "Broken Neck" from the Shirts included in Generations. I know EA makes mistakes too, and they aren't perfect, but I do hope they get the content checked out, and fix it as soon as they can.
In the meantime, I am in hopes for another type of stuff pack of specific store items. Remember how Sims 2 had the H&M Stuff Pack? I hope Sims 3 will think of something along the same line. It doesn't have to be H&M, again, but it should be popular name brands, and even store items, that all ages like, and are very popular: Levi Jeans, Pac-Sun, Hot Topic, Wet Seal, Ralph Lauren, Ed Hardy, French Connection, Express Jeans, American Eagle, Calvin Klein, or any other popular stores, or name brands you can buy at Sears, Macy's and other department stores. Maybe we could include some Craftsmen branded content in a stuff pack, and even "My First Craftsmen" stuff under build/buy objects.
