The only thing in sims2 was the lady hitting people with her purse. There was not any other object throwing to my knowledge. I don't think throwing of things would be a really good idea, might put thoughts in younger peoples heads that should not be there.
Salty, the lady that hit people with her purse was Agnes Crumplebottom. As far as I'm concerned, I imagined hitting Sims with objects and throwing things at them in the style of Loony Tunes, not a violent horror movie.
Back on topic, I wish my child Sims could make different types of desserts (non stove) that could improve their cooking and artistic skills, like dirt cups, ice cream sundaes, mud pies, etc. I think children should be allowed to use the stove, with a teen or older supervised too. Also, I think children should get away with cheating, every now and then. Not all the time, but if they cheat off a Sim with a B average or higher, they could get away with it, while a C average or lower will get caught. I think Sims shouldn't always get caught cheating, they have to get away with it every now and then. I wish my toddlers could climb on top of things, draw on the walls, make messes, go through their parents' jewelry and makeup, and drawers, break things, (especially fun for evil toddlers), have an interaction "start crying," play in kiddie pools, sleep in big kid beds and escape out of their cribs.
