ETA Not actually created a time machine yet nor have I researched exactly what happens when one is created. I like to be surprised... hmm perhaps I'll do that whilst waiting for the next challenge start date - I've got all weekend.   So, apologies if playable sims can already actually visit the times reached by the time machine.
Don't worry, you can't! Well, it says the sim is visiting whatever and are experiencing this and they saw that, but you the player don't get to see it. Only thing you see is the little notes on the right hand top corner.

It;'d be really cool if you could buy a cloning machine! It could either make a perfect copy of your sims, or go horribly wrong, and make a clone with a flipped personality, and a distorted face.
Yikes that would be fun!!

Hey, that happens in The Sims 1 Livin' Large! Funny you are bringing that back now as I still remember being a overly exited 13 year old boy than back while waiting for it's release date.

That'd be great! I remember, in Sims 2 University, you could bring back deceased sims back with Resurrect-O-Tron and if you payed less than 1000$ to the Grim Reaper, you would get them with personality fully twisted, skills gone and as a zombie, of course  :)

I miss zombies. And I also quite liked the plastic surgery machine. Especially when it backfired and made your Sim hideous.

I love the idea of weather, especially together with World Adventure locations.

Ok, so I've had an idea. Some may have not noticed, but all the expansion lifestates in TS3 (mummy and vampire) add more days to a sim's life (or live longer than sims, for the simbot matter). What if, in another expansion, it's new lifestate makes the sim live shorter, instead?

So far, the "longer life" has been balanced with the disadvantages of each lifestate, be it walking really slow, not being able to touch water, or not walking in the sun. If a "shorter life" was to happen, the balance would be the opposite; The lifestate would need to have more benefits than drawbacks. Perhaps something that enshortens the life time a sim has every time they use such power - wizardry comes to my mind almost instantly, something like "draining life energy to use the spell".

This whole thing doesn't mean the sim has to die by using the power, as they could maybe age faster (teen, young adult, adult) and lose the power when they become elders, living as long as normal sims after that. Or they could get somewhat stronger when they become elders, but risk dying with every use of their power. I must think of a new ghost color for this too. Maybe later.

Furthermore, wizardry may not be the only lifestate that this could be applied on. Anyone got any ideas?

But werewolves are awesome! Why make them live shorter?

Either way, I miss werewolves too. They are obviously waiting for the Pets expansion to release it. I just hope it will be more wolfy, and less "sasquatchy" than The Sims 2 Pets's werewolves. Something like a Worgen, maybe.

If you could make any changes to Sims 3, what would they be and why?

Just a fun little survey I made. Anyways, the toddlers mainly, should be more like Sims 2 toddlers, and children should have more interactions with them: here's a list to what I think:
-Give toddlers both mean and nice interactions with each other, and more trait options
-Prams/strollers for babies
-Let toddlers walk with children and older to lots, with their hands held.
-Toddler beds they can get in and out of themselves
-Let toddlers eat solid foods and eat at the table like grownups, (smaller portions, and booster seats)
-Let children stay home alone with toddlers (no babysitter)
-give babies a little more independence and free will
-let the romantic betrayl/jealousy reactions be different for sims based on their traits (ex: sims who are great kissers and flirty are only upset if it happens in marriage, sims with commitment issues, could care less, even if the signifigant other makes out with another sim in front of them, while the 6th sence jealousy is only left to teens and older that are family oriented and/or hopeless romantics, but not flirty or great kissers)

Also, they should have options (no downloads or mods) for body piercings, and even more tattoo options as well, for both designs and placements. Even let teens have body piercings (nose, monroe, snakebites, bellybutton, eyebrow) and double piercings on ears would be great for children, and earrings for female toddlers. Fingernail and toenail polish would be great too. Even let the the child paint her little sister's fingernails and toenails too. That would be cute. Even let the child talk to their toddler siblings through the stuffed animals. Most of my suggestions are Sims 2 with some sims 3 elements.

If the next ep is Seasons: what about a gardeners' club (like the book club, that's available only through Bookworm trait) which would send you like 10 random (even special ones) seeds by mail each week? Of course, for a one-time membership fee of 250$ or less. Thoughts?

Sorry if this was already mentioned (I didn't read all) but would love to have a Sim job as a Landscaper. Maybe a Lifetime Wish. Where he or she could go to Sims homes/Sims would hire them, and redo the outside landscaping.  I think that would be fun to do.
