LOL! Now I see what you're talking about! Sweetest Pea had a thread of adopted children and all the pictures posted were basically the same, with different hair/eyes/skin color. In that case, I hope the new patch allows to generate townies with elf ears, unconventional skin tones etc. More cupcake bikini tops too please! And please give us more voices, for future generations and the randomly generated. As I said before, this isn't Sims 2!

New lot type:  Motels/hotels

New lot type:  Community Museum – A lot that would allow Sims to donate gems, relics, Sim made art and photographs which detach from household/inventory upon donation.  You can currently donate items to a public lot, but they still remain linked to your household and there are a number of game events that make them all randomly return to your inventory, requiring you to go back to the community lot and tediously replace everything.  I think this is also causing corruption in my neighborhood, but can’t be sure.

New/Return-of objects:  Vending machines,    switchback stairs, vaulted and alpine (triangular) window sets, greenhouse window/door set, two story doors.

Fix the way vaulted (2-story) rooms and building exteriors behave in relation to light sources (lamps and window sunlight). 

Neighborhood phone book – A way to find/cold call all existing Sims that are not on your relationship tab yet. 

The return of “Too le ma!” to Simlish (complete with the wave at God when the Sim is in distress.)  I really, really miss that one.  :-(

A Sims 1 style scrapbook – Which saved large/original sized screen caps and had a text document associated, in-game, with each screencap.  These screencaps and text files stored in a folder which could be easily viewed and shared outside the game.  The Generations scrapbook is useless and trying to toggle out of the game to keep a text log of the storyline of a Sim (which is not associated with a screencap) is just too cumbersome and difficult.

The ability to bring friends along on vacation in World Adventures - or ask them to visit long distance once your are there.

I had to look up what switchback stairs are, but yes, I need those. I hate having to use cheats in order to get switchback/modular stairs.

Please, please, please, bring back the Social Bunny! I really miss him! I hope he comes back for Seasons!

I also want toddlers to have their own set of interactions and beg for things like TS2. I think EA is very capable of patching it so toddlers could do those things. I think they need wants/wishes, like "Learn to Talk", "Learn to Walk", "Steal toy from Joe/Jane," "Get out of crib" etc. I think evil toddlers should do those evil things I mentioned: the stealing toys from other children, drawing on the wall, sneaking out of the crib!

I hope so too, I don't want to have to create Elven spouses for my Elves each time. I guess I'll have to though since I doubt there will be many Elves to pick from..  :P Clothing is already randomly generated so the more clothes you have the less chance of getting your cupcake bikinis around town.

Adopted children and any immigrants into town all have their facial sliders set to 0. It's why I'll never do a DecaDynasty and why I've been fishing for places to find non-zeroed spouses for my Immortal Dynasty past Generation 3. After six generations of identical sliders, almost all of the Generation 8s look the same. My IFs in the Daisy Path story have all gone for plastic surgery so I could get those EA Standard faces off of them. I'd love to have more randomization options for immigrants especially.

Yeah, even though new townies that move in don't exactly have the pudding face they all do look fairly similar.

That's why I need to stick with a Legacy. I use mods anyways, so my dynasties will never reach the HoF, so I'm allowed to use whatever CAS cheats I want. ;) ;D :P At least people are allowed to set their own rules/adjustments with a legacy. I'm thinking marrying my elfish Sims off to Laurel Grisby will be a start.

I think parenting should be improved. I admit I'm not the best Sim Parent around (I'm no Pam!), and my nooboos tend to get ignored. Maybe there should be an option for the game to throw notifications at you if you haven't directed your Sim to interact with your nooboo, or if you haven't controlled the nooboo, after a set timeframe.

I think EA should patch the game to make the toddlers less difficult in general. Start letting them ask for stuff again, and give them the options to ask to be put down. Maybe evil toddlers can do evil things like sneak out of the crib, climb on the counters and draw on the walls. (Hey, the last one could improve their art skills. ;)) I got sick of toddlers a long time ago, and the only way I'll survive is if the toddlers have their IF's.

I for one, wish that Nooboos had a little more interactivity, as when I have an easy time managing four at a time while micromanaging children of other ages, there's a problem.

I want more ways for toddlers to misbehave. They're too docile in the game; good for my sims, bad for my storytelling. The coloring on the walls idea is perfect, because one certain Infra Green loved doing that in her larval stage.

I hope I'm not too off topic for asking this, but did you play Sims 2? Toddlers used to do ask for stuff, steal bottles from other toddlers, be able to be bathed, sneak out of the crib and splash through toilets and puddles. Naturally, being that Sims 3 is supposed to be an upgrade, with the open neighborhood, and what not, I expected those things for toddlers.

It's too late now to give the babies feet and legs, but I think that toddlers (especially evil ones), could get the option by clicking on another toddler, *Steal Bottle* or perhaps, they can upgrade to sippy cups. The hugging options from Apartment life could gear mainly toward good and friendly toddlers, while the brave, evil and insane can climb up on furniture.

Again, sorry for those begging points, but I think toddlers deserve some of those interactions for TS3, perhaps even more upgraded. I think they'll do it, while we're still in the middle of TS3, but maybe during a base patch.

EDIT: I'd like childhood crushes please. ;D

EDIT 2: A Charlie Sheen endorsement pretty please! ^-^
