Having it where salvaged things from the junkyard can be replaced at a lower price.

Or if they just unfixed the fix that fixed the bug that everybody loved. Where you could just collect the furniture, call the repairman, he fixed the items and you sold them. I miss that bug.  :-[

I get at the moment to where I miss the old gardener from Sims 2. Unless it's a dynasty, I usually let the garden go to the wayside. I just tend to forget it. I wish he could be added back. I also kind of wish there was an on off button for celebrities and vampires. Vampires take over every game I have pretty much.

Goodness me, no one's posted here in three weeks!  Well, I thought of something I'd really like to see.  You know how puppies and kittens can't use stairs?  That's realistic enough.  It's kind of a pain, though, that a sim has to carry them up or down.  What if mother cat could do this instead?  Wouldn't that be adorable, a cat carrying her little kittens outside to play?  Or a mother dog helping with potty training by carrying her little ones outside, even if there was a foundation?

New idea.  Pet bunnies.  I want to have a pet bunny.   :)

Also, have the Jouralist career spilt into branches.  One for tv and the other for newspaper.

That's always been something I wanted to see. I think part time culinary jobs should be in the mix as well.

Yes! One for a regular Chef and one for a PASTRY Chef! Then I could play out myself as a Sim!

I miss that bug, too.  I wish they would make it so that Sims with a high enough handiness skill could repair them.  That would be pretty awesome.

I think I mentioned this before, but I really want a shower and shower/tub combo with a recolorable shower curtain. I really want to have an "Under the Sea" bathroom with a matching sea themed shower curtain.  :D

CSquared - That would be adorable!

NickyDuvyrda - I would love a suppress vampires/celebrities option, similar to the suppress opportunities one. My towns tend to get overrun.

I love that cake! Maybe Sims could learn to bake different varying of desserts, like brownies, and cakes! Maybe cake decorating could be relevant to the painting/sculpting/art related skills.

One thing I really miss about the Sims 2 is the sewing table... I loved making quilts! Maybe that's silly, but I think sewing would be a great skill. I was really hoping for sewing when Ambitions came out. A real fashion designer would be so much more fun than a stylist!

I have also always felt there is a serious lack of desserts available to the sims!

I agree, Annabob, about the sewing.  I think it hasn't been included because it's ultimate reward was the ability to make clothes without having to go out and buy them.  Since all clothing items are available at every dresser in TS3, that's not a reward any longer.  Still, I'd love to see it back, too, for its own sake.   :)

Cake, cookies, pies, cupcakes, tarts, cinnamon buns... I could go on for daysssss! (and thats not an exaggeration!) I just feel that my obsession with cake and basically all things baked needs to be available in game. I've never made a Sim of myself because it wouldn't really be me.

Well, of course, I want Seasons back. Everyone says that. :-) I miss my Plantsims something fierce, though.

I'd forever and always like to have more recipes for them to cook. Of course, I guess that'd make the "pie" menu unmanageable. Maybe some more snack options, not just juice and bread with jam. What if my sims want nachos? (Of course, I guess I should just get WA so I can have more food, huh?)

What about boats? I know, good luck with performance on something like that, but still. Building houseboats instead of just houses. There's all this water around town that they can't interact with.

There could still be a moodlet boost for wearing clothes that you make yourself with a sewing machine :) Or room moodlet boost, like when you experiment on stuff, for curtains and stuff. Sims could have a 'self sufficient' moodlet while making things.

Those are good ideas, Chuckles.  I think a self-sufficient trait would be pretty neat.  Good moodlets for meals prepared from the garden or the river/pond, fixing things yourself and cleaning things yourself.  Bad moodlets for hiring maids or repair people, even worse ones for butlers.  Maybe even bad moodlets for upgrading things to be automatic, like sprinklers or self-cleaning items?
