Wouldn't a stuff pack aimed at teens and younger be like generations?

Not really. To be honest Generations failed a bit at the Teens and Younger, most of the clothes and features were for Young Adults and Older apart from the Clubs and stuff. There was very little in the way of Nursery Items, Toys, Clothing and Hair for Teens and Below.

I don't know how much we here on Carl's represent your average simmer.  I'd say most of us are pretty extreme, not in a bad way, just in comparison to most other people who play.  I think those average Joe and Jane players pretty much only play with young adults, hence the emphasis on items for that age.  I think that's going to be the case in any EP or SP that comes out as EA tries to satisfy both those players and players like us who go for the multi-generational thing.

I have to agree, I think most players go the young adult route. To be honest, for someone that doesn't play a lot of families it feels like the store is already baby/toddler heavy. It probably is balanced, it just feels that way. It seems like when I check daily deals I'm always thinking.."oh no, more baby stuff".

I'd like to see more substantial game play. I'm always looking for more things my Sims can do. I loved Ambitions because it took me a while to work my way through the new non-rabbit hole professions. It kept me entertained but I think they could have made the PI career a little better.  Maybe even have gone into a little more depth on other professions also.

I like just being able to play. I think the reason why most people are geared toward Singles this series, is because toddlers are incredibly boring. I was a bit more happy with the IF's and what not, but if toddlers were more like TS2, I'd be more inclined to play. That's why they should add more interactions, then it could appeal to all types of Simmers.

I think they should make toddlers a bit more independent, though.

Well actually I heard it from Seabody who saw it on Wikipedia.

And even then I was looking for evidence to either request a citation on it or delete the whole thing.

Anyway, I'm not a babies-person, really. It's not that I don't like them, it's just that I'm ALWAYS focused on my adult Sim. So I never really play with them.
I would enjoy it if EA returned a brilliant feature from TS2. TestingCheats used to enable you to drag skill levels to change them, if you entered it in the neighborhood and then played. I'd love to see that back.

I'm with you. They would have to make babies, toddlers and kids extremely interesting to make me want to play with them more.

Boy do I love being able to drag the skills up with just a click of a button. If Sims 3 could patch this up, I'd be all over the cheat immediately, I bet Esther would approve of this suggestion as well!  ;D Certainly it'll be just another cheat not allowed in one's immortal dynasty, or Tournaments.

Seabody, that cheat is been all I've been waiting for since I started playing the game! :P With that cheat, my legacy (I use cheats on my legacy) would go a lot, lot faster than it does currently!

I still stand by a simple addition that I have wanted for ages which is proper manicures and pedicures with coloured nails and everything, I know they won't be that obvious when you're actually playing, but its just a nice customisation. I know people will just say there is CC for it, but I never use CC, so doesn't work well  :P

I also want more jewellery, when I watched the Showtime live feed, I was so happy to see new earings and bracelets :P

I think they should add board games that can be bought for Sims! For kids and adults alike. Games like Candy Land and Shoots and Ladders for children and then games like Balderdash and Taboo for adults! And even Memory for kids which should increase logic. I just think it would be a fun option just to see the sims all sitting around the table playing a game together.

Sims 2 had a poker table.  It could be fun for your suggestion, MomofMany, and also just as a fun bar item.  If I recall correctly, the sims won (or lost) money, too.  Hidden poker skill!

I want Sims to be able to own more then one house and I'm not talking about vacation homes. They could switch them at will, and maybe even rent them to other Sims. There should also an ability to rent a house or apartment instead of buying it. It would be extra income for a Sim renter and if a family didn't have the money outright for a nicer house, they could still have it.
We are of peace, always but this is war.
We are of peace, always.
We'll help build a resistance. We have to fight.

When all you've ever loved has been stolen from you, sometimes all you have left is revenge.
For the truly wronged, satisfaction can be found in one of two places,  absolute forgiveness or mortal vindication. This is not a story about forgiveness. When deception cuts this deep, someone has to pay.

Always, always, always wanted nails as well! And totally agree with the jewellery, there just isn't enough!

Awesome idea!! I had never thought of that one but gosh, wouldn't that be cool?

I really love the idea of board games too, and lol if we could make our sims become gamblers. ;) Wasn't there a las-vegas poker club themed set thing on the store a few months back? Clue to further expansion, perhaps..?

(I am saying that way too much all over the forum now. :P)

The two biggest things I want are the option to disable memories, and the switching of different makeup for different outfit categories. Memories take so much room in the game (no pun intended), and I think EA should give us the option to enable or disable memories themselves.

Makeup: I like to do different makeup in real life, so why can't I do it with my Sims? It's no different than picking a hairstyle, with your outfit category, really. So I think it should be done, like say, light springy makeup for everyday, red lipstick for formal, no makeup for athletic, swimming or sleep.

I agree.  A number of my users find both those abilities quite handy.

Hopefully EA will choose to add them for the regular user-base as well.
