Yeah that would be cool, and if left handed people sat next to a right handed person at the table they would have a little bump elbows moodlet or something, like in real life.

It's not fun. Whenever you sit next to someone at school you bump elbows all the time and it's really annoying, but last your I sat next to a girl who was left handed too so it was all good.

Yeah my grandma's always like "I gotta sit on this side of the table because I'm left handed". I hear it everytime we have dinner with her.
I think in the game the sims are all left handed but there is a thread about that somewhere.

I'd like a Facebook EP: One that particularly focuses on using Facebook. Interactions on the computer could be something like:

Check Facebook
Send Friend Request
Unfriend
Update Status
Post on Wall
Check notifications

Interactions about Facebook:

Teens and Young adults to Parents and Grandparents: Convince to join Facebook
Brag about Friend Count

Moodlets from Facebook:
Confused (for the elderly and technophobes) -20 -30 if the elder is also a technophobe not effective for elderly computer wiz's
Intrigued (for teens-adults that aren't technophobes or computer wiz's) +20
Disappointed -20 when a Sim doesn't get new friend requests, gets deleted off of one's friend list, get's denied a friend request, doesn't get wall posts etc, crops wither on FarmVille etc.
Withdrawals, from going hours without checking Facebook -15, -25 for couch potatoes (will not effect the technophobes or computer wiz's)
"LEAVE ME ALONE" -10 when bothered by an Unwanted Facebook Friend
Excited: +15, +20 for excitable Sims when new friend requests and feedback come up.

I think vampires need the option to snarl at people. I mean if I had fangs I would love to snarl at people with them.   You know show 'em off? It's a little detail that woulf make my life better.

I think that the Facebook EP would just take social networking a bit too far. I'm already wanting to delete my accounts on multiple services, personally. I think if Facebook was added to the Sims, that would be a step too far for me.

I'm thinking it would take it too far as well. Plus I'm not sure if EA would have to make some sort of licensing agreement with facebook for that (or maybe they already have, I don't know)

I think they would, using Facebook's services and advertising there is rather different to using Facebook's features (such as friend requests, nudging, likes).

They already have some sort of agreement with Facebook (hello Sim Social?) which created a fun interesting mesh. Sims and Facebook seem to be meshing together like Peanut Butter and Jelly.

But really though, you have to admit, watching Sunset Valley get addicted to Facebook will be a RIOT! Not to mention Leighton and Xander trying to get their elderly parents to get on board.

I personally think it would get boring if EA added that because then all our sims would be  doing is sit on the computer. I have a very short attention span, so I need to keep thing interesting, that's why I don't play writers.

I totally agree. I don't even buy my sims a computer unless they really need it, otherwise I just think it's a waste.
And i think it would be kinda confusing to even use those features because there would be tons of interactions on the computer and I think I would get confused.

I don't really think they should add all those facebook interactions, but I do love the idea behind it! I love all the little moodlets you've thought of. They could get a wish to 'use facebook on mobile' when they're on holidays THey could get wishes to update their status that correspond to things that make them happy normally - completing wishes, and a similar one for sims that are facebookers; they could update silly things all the time - the exact same kind of things that excitable sims get excited about.
