Okay this isn't exactly original, but I would really like the end of the conflicting between the traits Dislikes Children and Childish. What immature person who loves stupid TV and cartoons refuses to have children of their own?

I second the "picky" trait, but how about "picky eater" and it could conflict with vegetarian.

I think those were replaced with Microwaves. I'd like more breakfast and dessert options too, and for them to be favorite foods here is my list of the foods I want to see:

Eggs and Bacon
Omelets
Baked Alaska
Gelatin
Chocolate Cake
S'mores
Pastries
Tarts (any flavor)
Pie
Scrambled Eggs
Eggs Over Easy
Sunny Side Up (maybe it could be different ways of cooking the eggs).

Yes! I agree with you Carlos. I'm vegetarian and I eat way more variety than the Sims do. I get quite irritated that my Sims have fewer options. No real life vegetarian is that picky. Also, too what about getting rid of the constantly getting sick when slipping meat? No one gets sick right away, and not everyone gets sick from eating meat when they've been veggie for 20 years. My dad's girlfriend is VEGAN and has had accidental traces of meat and she never gets sick from it. I think getting sick from eating meat every time is not realistic, and is an individual thing, not a thing that automatically happens when you are veggie. What if my veggie decides he wants to eat meat again after a midlife crisis (LTR)? He's perfectly fine after his first steak, but two hours ago, that steak made him sick. ??? I think veggies should choose NOT to eat meat (obviously) but not get sick from EATING the meat.

I agree. I remember when Sims got a cold and had to stay home for a few days, years later in Pleasantview. That added some realism. Maybe when seasons comes out, colds and flu will return. Maybe they can add a little something like they automatically have to stay home from school/work, and the teen and child's peers' can bring them their homework.

P.S. - Awesome ideas Jeana Marie!!

Twinkle Toes: A Sim with Twinkle Toes gets a great moodlet from dancing, gives a great moodlet to anyone with whom s/he dances and gains athletic points from dancing for prolonged periods.

Happy Feet: A Sim with Happy Feet makes the best nectar.

Kid-Friendly: For Daycare or Teachers or anyone who interacts with kids.  (EA would have to be careful with this one for the sake of ratings)

Methodical:  Methodical Sims will always plan and plot before leaping into action.  Especially good for Science or Law Enforcement.

Laid Back:  Ahhhh.  It takes a lot to ruffle the feathers of the Laid Back Sim.  Regardless how chaotic the circumstances, "it's all good".

And I'd like to see more traits that span several areas.  Artistic and Perfectionist should both have an impact on Photography, for example or Disciplined should have an impact on Athletics, not just Martial Arts.

Gosh, I leave for a couple hours, and everyone has so many great ideas? Sheesh. ;)

EDIT: Just because I quoted SPY doesn't mean I like theirs better than anyone else's. :)

I like this topic, because I've often thought about what traits I might have put in the game.  And now that we have a thread about this, I can't think of anything worth adding to what's already been said!  Go figure.  The only suggestion I have is really more of an addition to the Good trait.  I like that they can donate to charity and brighten the day of other Sims, but I'd like for them to also be able to give money to other Sims.

Y'know, all this time and I never noticed what my initials spell... sort of adds an air of mystery to me, eh?  Or perhaps a hint of adventure or danger?  Hehehe

Jeana, I meant trickster as in con artist and liar type tricks but maybe Liar-Liar-Pants on fire could be the name. It'd also be replaced when sims find out their friends traits, so it is actually Liar but they change their personality. I didn't mean Pranks or anything.

Umm Posey, where I come from Twinkle Toes has a different meaning...

Vamp, 1 sprinkler covers a 5x5 area on it's own?

I agree about the foods. I think we need more food registers so for Coffee or other food goods, ones that don't just sell some plates and groceries.

Also different styles of frames, maybe you buy the frame and then choose a picture to put in it, if it is close in size it will resize to fit it. (By picture I mean the paintings/pictures in buymode)

A modern register for the consignment store would be good, the current and only one is tacky. I know they wouldn`t stick that in a patch or in a new expansion but they could always put it in the store.

Ooh, and laid back sims would never get stressed - from anything!

I think they should have 'introspective'. Introsopective sims could write an auto-biography for the most money, could have trouble going to sleep at night if their mind is too active... that's all I can come up with right now. I'll add more later when I can't sleep tonight!

There will probably be an animal lover or dislikes animals trait when pets comes out.

As for anything else my brain has closed down and is refusing to come up with anything at all. It just took me me five attempts to write refusing.
