This is the scenario: my kids have the sims 3 game, we have it installed on two different PC's, when I am using the main PC they take the CD and play it on the other. My daughter wanted the seasons expansion pack, so I bought the download version for them, and after I finally figured out how to download it via the origin app it would not install, said the sims install was corrupt and could not continue.
Now, I would like it installed on the other PC anyway, since that is the one they play it on the most, but I can't find the file it downloaded so I can take it to the other PC. The other PC is a slower wireless connection to the net, and I would like to avoid downloading it again of possible - first off, will it let me download again?
Is there a place where the file is downloaded to, so I can put it on a usb stick and try installing on the other computer?
Do I have to purchase another copy of Seasons for than pc, and re download it?
I am wishing now I would have ordered the disc.
thanks in advance..
