Terrific end to a sad chapter.  "Fly me to the Moon" seems so appropriate for Ben who is an astronaut anyway.  Never having played with the hot air balloon, I'm only assuming that woohoo is an option on that thing?     Or have I read too much into Ben's flirty nature?

I love pink, but that is a little too much pink, even for me lol. I love the ending of his adventure. I hope your computer get fixed soon.

I love the ending, and the pink is indeed disturbing. Reminded me about the time I coloured one of my immortals pink and had to get rid of it because it hurts my eyes. Do hope that your computer get fix properly this time.

Bunkum from the Bunker

Location:  A vacant lot in an unidentified town.

Late one night, a group of eminent citizens converge on an isolated place.  It appears to be an abandoned lot, with a falling-down shack surrounded by scrub brush and weeds.  One by one, the eminent persons make their way down into the depths of the earth. 



Miscellaneous voices:

"I love my new t-shirt!"

"It's about time we got something new!"

"I must say, Swirl-Girl seems to really understand us.  Not many people recognize that we're really the good guys!  Do you think we could put her on the payroll?



The chatter is interrupted by a voice bellowing, "Shut Up!  It's time to start the meeting!"

Miscellaneous voice:  "Where's Number One?  How can we start before Number One arrives?"

A man in a yellow t-shirt says, "Number One is unable to be here.  I'll be leading the meeting."



He continues, "ESCARGOT is NOT pleased with you!  You had the perfect opportunity to get rid of pesky Ben Oliver once and for all, and what did you do?  You let him slip right through your fingers!"

Miscellaneous voices: 

"Don't blame me!"

"It wasn't my fault!"

"I didn't do it!"

"The dog ate my homework!"

Yellow t-shirt:  "SHUT UP!  Blunderers!  Dunderheads!  Nin-com-poops!  Now we shall have to come up with a new plan for the elimination of Agent Glade.  And this time, it had better be a good one!"

Various ideas are tossed around, nefarious plans made, schemes are hatched.  Finally Yellow t-shirt says, "OK.  I think we'll stop there.  Before you leave, be sure to check the bulletin board and add your name to the list for the annual ESCARGOT picnic next week."

A woman in a pink t-shirt rises and says, "Time for cakes!  I hope they've got plenty of those cute little devils' food cupcakes!"



Purple t-shirt:  "I wonder where Ben Oliver is right now."



The meeting ends.
