That initiation was so cool! The clothes and poses--having tried to set up shots for stories now, I can appreciate how difficult that must have been. Hats off, Schip.

Hmm. A will have to go Mayor Rossi where he got those shoes. They'd be a lovely addition to the store! 

I too am impressed by the poses of the Dromedaries, and by the creativity of their director. Impersonating a Celebrity as an initiation pose? Brilliant!

Thank you very much!  I've never tried to set up something like that before, and I'm actually pleased with how it turned out.  It was fun to set up and shoot.

I just couldn't resist the bit about A's shoe store.  Who could ever forget A and his shoes?

As for Ben - yes, he is in a bad way at this point.  I don't want to give anything away, so will just say that we'll have to wait and see where he ends up.  The life of a secret agent is not an easy one.  Stay tuned for future developments.

As much posing as I have done I can't say that I've ever attempted anything quite like what you managed to pull off for your screenshots. I am seriously impressed.

I've dabbled with movie maker cheats, but this is astonishingly good. Everyone was so perfectly in sync, great job!

The Dromedary Club Adventure, Part IX

"He is not easy to describe. There is something wrong with his appearance; something displeasing, something downright detestable."*

"How could you let him do it?  What on earth were you thinking?" The soldier's voice, stern, accustomed to command, rises angrily.



The scientist's voice is quiet and controlled but with a steely undertone.  "Let him do it?  You know very well that he snuck into my lab after I had gone to bed.  How was I supposed to know he would do something like that?"



The soldier concedes the point.  "I know, May.  It's not your fault.  These agents have a hard job - working alone, without support, surrounded by hostile forces, they have to learn to make quick decisions and act independently.  And that's just what the young idiot did."



The soldier continues, "We've been hearing reports of his misbehaviour all over town.  Stealing from infants, imagine!  He's taken to wearing the most bizarre outfit and skulking around after dark.  A citizen took this picture of him visiting criminal headquarters late at night."



"He sets up a podium in the town square and rants loudly at anyone who will stop to listen."







"Yes, I know," the scientist replies.  "It's becoming a problem at the barracks too.  Those recruits aren't the most observant girls, but I heard them whispering together about how different he seemed."



"He's getting worse every day!" the soldier exclaims.  "He's a disgrace to the military.  Our top agent - he's supposed to detect and apprehend criminals, not consort with them!  It can't be allowed to continue.  You have to get him to take the antidote."



"Do you think I haven't tried?"  The scientist's voice shakes in an uncharacteristic display of emotion.  "He just laughed at me.  I tell you, that laugh of his was pure evil.  It chills me to remember it."  She throws up her hands.



"If he won't take it voluntarily, then you'll have to make him take it!" the soldier roars.  "You have a way to do that, haven't you - throw it at him or something?"



The scientist replies miserably, "I can't.  He knows I might try that, and he won't let me get close to him.  Besides, I'm not sure what the effect might be if he's forced to change back.  Remember, his father's people are inherently good.  Unlike normal Sims who have a mixture of good and evil in their nature, there is no evil in Mr Payne's people - which is probably why this is so overwhelming to him - he has no defences against it.  The transformation from good to evil would have been a tremendous shock to his system.  I'm not sure what another shock might do to him."



The soldier frets, "Well, then his father must come here and deal with this!  Where is he, anyway?"

"He hasn't returned from Dimension H," the scientist says.  "Nobody knows when he'll be back.  Meantime, there's no way to reach him."



The soldier shakes her head.  "Something will have to be done.  He's frightening people all over town.  The girl at the elixir shop almost quit her job because of him."







The soldier continues, "So far he hasn't done anything that can't be put right.  But he's getting worse every day.  You know what military secrets are stored in his head.  What if he gets tired of simply masterminding plots and decides to carry them out?  How would you like to have him as an enemy, working against us?  ... I'm afraid that if he isn't stopped soon, we'll have to lock him up for everyone's protection, including his own."  Then she stops, and a thoughtful look comes over her face.  "Unless ..."



The scientist gives her friend an enquiring look.



Desperation and urgency are written on the soldier's face.



"It's a long shot but ... May, pray the Watcher that this works!" the soldier exclaims.  She pulls out her phone and urgently punches in the numbers.

Oh my , this is getting so good . So many things could happen now , I just can't imagine what will happen next . Awesome chapter ! Great photos and the expressions are just so perfect . Can't wait for the next update ! This was a great beginning to my day .

The plan is ... on hold, while I try to sort out the problems in my game.  I decided I needed to do a factory reset, re-downloaded 40 pages of store items, and now none of my store towns are showing up in the launcher, even though it said they installed successfully.  Sigh.  I'm going to try re-downloading and re-installing, with fingers crossed.  Wish me luck, friends!
