I think for a James-Bond-like character, spying and whatnot, Perceptive would be a really good choice. I also agree with Daredevil. Although since this is a story, I would also think about what traits give him the option to do certain socials that make for the screenshots you want.

I like the idea of Perceptive, but is it really any use outside of the private investigator profession?

Same thing with Adventurous - it sounds like a trait that would suit the character, but my impression is that it's only useful in travelling, and with all the travel bugs I've had,  I'd rather not do a lot of travelling with him. 

If anyone knows of other ways those traits might be useful, please let me know.  Part of my problem is that there are a lot of traits I rarely if ever use, so they may be more useful than I realize.  That's why I asked for suggestions on this.

Since he has maximized most of the available skills, I don't see a lot of reason to give him a skill-related trait, although Natural cook is always useful.  But I think the traits people have suggested suit the character better.

As far as the use of Perceptive, I know it clashes with Absent-Minded and I think it may add more interactions. As far as I know, you are correct about Adventurous--its only functions in the home world that I know of are making the Sim wish to go somewhere else (China, France Egypt). Too bad because it would be cool if it affected the home world more.

Adventurous also has some pretty cool animations. It's quite amusimg when they perfom one in the bathroom.

The new trait Irresistible might be entertaining, apparently it draws people to your sim for various social interactions, I've yet to try it though.  I think for Ben it might be perfect!  (worked for James Bond!)

Yes, but if Ben gets that trait, will he ever be able to get Bonehilda to leave him alone?

If you're looking for extra interactions, Proper may be a good choice, though... I doubt it suits Ben.

I never even noticed the typo!  I just thought it was sweet of you to say that Ben is already irresistible. 

When it comes to typos, I'm making so many of them myself these days, that's probably why I'm not noticing them as much.  Only 5 more days until the cast comes off, and believe me, I'm counting the hours.
