Can't find Carrots and Plasma plants

Ok, so I recently finished my Expansion pack collection(I now have all of them), and I found that in buydebug I can't seem to find carrot plants and plasma plants.. any reasons as to why?

Plasma fruit planters aren't in buydebug. Carrots aren't either, but they are at the grocery store.

You can find seeds for plasma fruit around town, they're special seeds and will have a red aura around them.  I think carrots will also randomly spawn on you lot if you have a horse there.
