Snuffles' Simself Legacy - Nooboo (22/12/2012)

Hi there everybody! I thought I'd have a shot at Pinstar's Legacy challenge. It doesn't look as challenging as the Forum's very own Dynasty challenges but in some ways I prefer this. I made a couple of tweaks to the rules since there is no Hall of Fame or anything like that.

1) The rules say that the Founder cannot marry a 'rich' Sim. I didn't want to refine my pool of potential spouses so I'm allowing 'rich' spouses.
2) Traits won't be random (well some might be but at times where I can choose the traits, I will)
3) Maxing a career and/or maxing a skill will each add a point.

Points earned: 2

This will be a Simself Legacy so basically I tried to show what I'd look like as a grown-up

Intro - Meet Alice

This is, um, me. Not actually me, but a Sim me. And that's not exactly what I look like because I'm not a Young Adult. And, yes, I do have a name. And that name is Alice. However, this isn't Alice Boringsecondname. This is Alice Lifetime.




Alice: Okay, can we cut out the drama, please?

I was just warming up the crowd for you. So, traits?

Alice: Artistic, Family oriented, Natural cook and Workaholic.

And what else?

Alice: I'm a mutant Sim with only four traits...

Just tell them! They'll find out eventually.

Alice: Alright! I'm insane!

And what do you expect? You're my clone!

Alice: Alice Lifetime is nobody's clone! I'm not speaking to you.

Her lifetime wish is Celebrated 5-star Chef, her favourites are Fish and Chips, Pop and Orange. That's it I suppose...

Alice: Wait! You didn't tell them where I'm going to live!

I thought you weren't talking to me...

Alice: I hate you...

That's what they all say. Anyway, do you want to tell them?

Alice: Fine, fine. I'm going to live in...

Alice, I don't think outerwear is the best thing to be wearing during summer in Monte Vista...

Alice: At least if I fall off the coat will break my fall.

I'm not sure about the logic behind that, Alice...



Alice: I got the job!

Great! Now, let's go and meet your boss.

Now, Alice, why don't you change out of that coat and put something a little more suitable on?



And when I say 'suitable', I didn't mean that!

Alice: It works.




Alice: So, Gino, what are your opinions on the colour orange?

Gino: I'm fairly indifferent.

Alice: Oh.



Alice: Flowers? I wanted orange ones but they didn't have any...

Gino: They're beautiful. Just like you, Alice.

Alice: Oh, you charmer, Gino!



Alice: Can't you just see that he's smitten with me?

Yeah, sure thing, sweetie. Go for it!



Alice: *smooch*

Aw.



Now that's really going for it! Get a room!



Alice: Be my boyfriend?

Gino: Sure, my little cupcake.

Little cupcake? *shudders*



Alice: Gino, love of my life, I've known you for a matter of hours now. We've waited so long! Marry me?



He looks like he's going to be sick...

Alice: No, that's his 'gasping in pure delight' face.

Whatever you say...

That i found really funny, reminds me of people where i live. Winter they wear summer clothing and summer they wear big heavy winter coats.

Welcome to the Legacy House. It's a little patch of Heaven.

Alice: Patch of Heaven? It's a little second-rate bungalow.

Don't criticize my hard work! I slaved for days over this!

Alice: Ten minutes. Maximum.



And this is the interior. On the left we have the nature-themed nursery. Then is the main body of the house which as the kitchen, the dining table and the living area. On the right is the large family bathroom and at the top is Alice and Gino's room. Magnificent, yes?

Alice: No.


Everything was going swimmingly. Fantastic. Brilliant. The nooboo was on the horizon when...

Alice: You cheater! You dirty cheater!



Gino: Please, Alice. It was long before you and me. I haven't even met her while we've been married!

Alice: I don't care! You are a cheater and a liar and I will never love you again!

Thanks a lot, Alice! Now I've got to go to all the trouble to get your relationship back together! And I can't start making nooboos for 5 days! Do you know what 5 days means to a Watcher like me? You've ruined everything and now the whole Legacy is a mess...



Alice: So if you promise to break up with her, I'll be your friend again.

Gino: Anything for you, my gorgeous Pepperoni Pizza.

Alice: You're relating me to a pizza?

Gino: Um, yeah...




Gino could see her coming. He'd just tell her. That he was married and that he was happy.



He just came out with it. I-do-not-want-to-be-your-lover-anymore!

She didn't seem too bothered.



So they went their separate ways.




Gino: Flowers, darling?

Alice: No way! They're yellow!

Gino: I thought you liked yellow...


Come on, Alice. Can't you just forgive and forget?



Alice: Forgive? He was cheating on me!

He wasn't really. It was a pre-arranged 'relationship'. Gino hasn't even come into contact with her since you were married.



Alice: Really? You aren't kidding me?

No, I wouldn't do that.



Alice: Yes, I know that Santa is real. You didn't need to tell me!

She's a lost cause, she really is.




Ah! You've made up!

Alice: Yes, I've given him another chance.

That's good. Now, let's get me some nooboos!

Meanwhile, Gino is at home. Carving a pumpkin. Hey, Gino! That pumpkin was for your garden!

Gino: It's a decoration now.

Gino: Hey there, little Nooboo. Can you hear Daddy?



Gino: I can hear you!



Gino: Who's going to be the cutest nooboo in Monte Vista? You are! Yes, you are!

Alice: Of course. Just look at her parents!

Gino: You think it's going to be a girl?

Alice: Certain.






Alice, what are you doing?

Alice: Working from home.

So you're virtually washing dishes?

Alice: Yes, basically.

That is both cool and pointless.




Alice was busy painting one day when...





Alice: Enough with the funny labour faces!

Sorry, they just amuse me.

Alice: Anything will amuse you.



Gino: What am I supposed to do? I'm not ready for this! Oh help me, Watcher!

Just wait, Gino.



Alice: Ah! Isn't she beautiful?

Beautiful. Has she got a name?

Alice: Mary-Ellen. But I think we'll call her Ellie for short.

That's cute. Just like her.
