can male offspring of alien and human have an alien baby?

Has anyone raised an alien child that after reaching YA was able to be kidnapped and have a baby, or their male child be able to have an alien baby?

I am wondering if that is possible.  My male sim had his baby, Astra, who is now a  Young adult and has married.   She has had a baby, boy, who looks alien; green skin, pointed ears, but he has hair and I can hear his voice.  He is a toddler so it will be a while before I can find out what he can do if anything. 

Which got me wondering, can he be abducted and then become pregnant? 
I would like to try that, but was wondering if anyone has tried it yet.

You must have Seasons installed. Aliens come with the Seasons expansion.

should have thought and noted it was from Seasons EP, it can be irritating to see someone mention something and wonder how you can get it to find out it comes with a pack you don't have.  Seasons is worth getting just for the aliens, from my perspective. 

I'm hoping that someone who has a sim that had a male baby and he is now an adult can tell me if that male can become pregnant, or even a child of theirs.  It would be really cool if that could happen. 
Is the programing set up for only full sims or does it matter as long as it is male?
