CAW Export Failed

Please forgive me if this has been discussed before. I did a search and looked through some threads but didn't see anything that could help.

In a nutshell, my world won't export. It's a large world and I did note that there was some problem with routing (no red boxes around some of the trees and lamp posts), so I took everything out except the roads. Still won't export. I'm thinking it's a routing problem, but I don't know how to go about finding the solution. It also acts up when I try to play in game. I really don't want to delete this world and start again. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try saving it under new name first. Also, make sure that you have given it a picture, name and description, and then saved again before trying to export.
