Suburban Temple house question

In Twinbrook there's a house called Suburban Temple.  It's a one story that has a little added height on it. I'm trying to add on to it and can't figure out how to get that extra height.  Can anyone help me?

Several of the houses in Twinbrooks are like this.  They used a special building tool to create them.  Press CNTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up console.  On console, type in "placefriezes on" (without the quotes).  This changes the foundation tool in build mode to place friezes instead - basically just like the foundation, except placed on top of walls instead of on the ground.  While it's turned on, you can't place foundations on the ground though, you have to turn it back off first (with "placefriezes off").  If you forget how to spell it in the game, you can type "help" in the console to see it listed.

Ah, so that what that was on that garage.  I placed a house with garage in SV and was trying to redo the garage, but couldn't get rid of something that looked like a half wall over the garage.  That explains it and I will use what you said to get rid of it.  Thanks.  Learn something new everyday.  How do you guys find this stuff out?  lol
