This is what a Cape Cod looks like in my area. Not exactly sure if they're the same in America.
The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, Kitchen on the main floor. On the second floor there are two room but they are not furnished. Outside there is a patio with a grill and a swing set.

That's pretty much what a Cape Cod House is like over here too.

Anyways, it's great. I adore the use of color, and it just looks so cute and inviting.

I have never seen (or heard of) a cape cod house, but this looks like an amazing build! Just one question- how much content would I be missing without showtime or master suite stuff?

@ bubbles. Most of the contents are from Ambitions. The curtains from the child's room are from Master Suite and I think the only item from Showtime is the patio set. I could go in-game and have a closer look if you'd like though.

Thanks Ladybug! Will download after Christmas, whether I have showtime and/or master suite or not.
