Supernatural Children and Special Powers
« on: December 10, 2012, 03:34:04 PM »
I haven't got Supernatural yet, but I am wondering how the supernatural kids behave. Do they have selected powers or specific interactions?

Thanks in advance!

My last experience with vampire children was when I first got Late Night, but there isn't anything specific that they can do.

Werewolf toddlers can howl at the moon, practice hunting, and scratch furniture. Werewolf children can do all of that, as well as actually turn into their werewolf form. Young werewolves are awesome.

And I haven't played with young witches or fairies. :P

Young fairies sparkle and can fly, as well as use the fairy house to eat and sleep. Young witches can make their toys disappear.

Cool! I love playing nooboo's as they add a fun dimension to the game. Howling toddlers must be adorable!

Witch children can also get new toys -- ones that weren't there previously -- out of the toybox.

Pretty sure that the vampire toddlers can bite the necks of their teddy bears to. (gotta have that practice!)
Genie toddlers can float off the ground from my observations.

I don't know if you would count the alien children in that area, but I have been playing the family where the male had a baby.  Astra, and she is quite pretty  ;D.

Anyhow, she didn't make any sounds until she aged up to teen, then her voice was the high pitch sound.  She was a normal child in all ways despite green skin, pointed ears, hugh black eyes and no hair.  The other family members could hear her, but I didn't hear any sounds, so I guess it was my computer, not able to handle her voice.
At teen I could hear her voice, high pitched, she was able to probe, absorb rocks for brain energy and give or take power away from other sims.  She also started to sleep less, she needs just a few minutes of sleep, and had gone for three nights without sleep, yet kept the well rested moodlet.  I sent her to bed so I have no idea of how long she could have stayed up.  I send her to bed after two nights, even though she doesn't seem to need it.  She sleeps for about 15 minutes, plus or minus and then is up and ready to go.
