Marguerite and Marcus Argeneau had 29 children together: Cyrus, Joshua, Clayton, Benjamin, Lucius, Margarey, Annalise, Remus, Genevieve, Gabriel, Sherman, Corbin, Elijah, Earl, Nathan, Peter, William, Rosalie, Winston, Scarlet, Xavier, Jasper, Evangeline, Ulysses, Sybil, Pearl, Charlotte, Primrose, and Victoria.

23 moved out, completed unique lifetime wishes, and bought 2 unique rewards x 3 = 69
3 living at home, completed unique lifetime wishes, and bought 2 unique rewards x 2 = 6
5 living at home, didn't complete unique lifetime wishes or buy unique rewards x 1 = 5
Total = 80

Having lots of fun with these challenges so far, can't wait for the next ones!

Well, I've finished and yes I did enjoy it, although it gave me several headaches.  I can't make excuses for myself my computer behaved quite well and I only had to use Resetsim once, very good for my game. I did lose focus at times, mainly when I became too attached to a sim and not focussed enough on what they needed to achieve!

So here is my very low score, but hey, I tried ;)

Ruth and Roger Rabbit had 8 children, 3 moved out, 9 points, 2 parents who achieved so another 4 points and 4 remaining, so another 4 points, so a grand total of 17 points!  At least, it's quite clear I haven't cheated !

Well done to everybody for their fantastic scores.  Maybe I'll be better at something else, but I can't ever see the time when I'll be in the same class as some of you !

Now off to complete the Handyman challenge and I'm even worse at that! :o

probably yet another obvious answer, but here goes.

When the rules specify no vacations is that the 'free vacations' parents are offered from time to time to leave the teens at home, or is that no traveling with WA ep?

TIA

I'm going to say no to both types.

Although I must say, heather, that you're far too nice to your Sims if you even contemplate giving the parents the vacation!! Mine needed to be home to do toddler training!  ;) ;)

For the teen stage, do they have to remain in the job after hitting level 3, or can they quit?

I'm on my second practice run. I have one more practice run to do then it's time to dive in to the real thing.

I'm going to say they can quit but remember they only need an RI and level 3 to age up.  Once you have those two you're free to age up as quickly as you can.

I just noticed there are a couple of people whose scores aren't on the leaderboard. They're back a couple of pages -- bealywife and deklitch (not sure about how the name is spelled).

Attempted my first challenge! I only had the Ambitions EP, so I can't wait to hear tips on how to improve the score. I'm curious what options are available on other EPs and those on Ambitions I probably didn't use properly...  ;)

14 children moved out x 3= 42
6 children left in house w/o LTW fulfilled x 1 =6
2 parents w/LTW and unique LTR x 2 = 4
Total score of 42.

Loved it!!!

math_chick - please double check your numbers and let us know if 52 is right or if 42 is right.  Thank you.

I'm an idiot! ;) It is 52.

That's what you get when you do things in a hurry! Sorry for the delay in responding. Thanks!

Question on getting teens to level 3 at part-time jobs. I've been playing for a while now and I'm ashamed to admit that I've never taken notice of my teenage sims leveling up at their part time jobs...granted I never liked giving them jobs much because it interfered with getting school work done and learning skills. So, exactly how does one help their teenage sims level up?

Is it something that automatically happens after x amount of days working there?

TIA, guys!

It's not random or automatic. Just like with adults' jobs, you get promotions when your career bar fills. For students, you can find the career bar under the "school/career" tab, then click the desk icon under the graduation cap. Hope that helps.

I still have about sixty days of gameplay left, so I'm not sure whether this will be applicable to me, but I just thought of it -

Quote
Sims in the Household who achieved their LTW and purchased their 1 unique LTR (all LTW of final Household members must be unique) = 2 points

Does this mean if I have a teen that has completed his/her LTW and is waiting to finish their job to get aged up and moved out, I can count them under this ??

Short answer, yes, if they also have their LTR. Anyone who has completed the LTW and LTR requirements but not moved out counts. Anyone.

Ha ha!!! Gosh, at this point I am feeling sorry for them!! LOL for the first 5 kids sim mom and sim dad pretty much had poor hygiene all the time, their moodlets were low, and their house was a complete filthy mess!

I just kept thinking, I'm sorry I'm doing this to you  :P
