Total - 150
Wow... congrats Nutella! Had absolutely no idea anyone would manage more than 50 kids in the given timespan!

Max and Maxine Boomer lived highly fruitful and multiplicative lives; from Allan, Bryan and Cole to Xavier, Yvette and Zabrina, and back again up to Pamela and Quinn.

Moved out: 37 x 3 = 111
Parents: 2 x 2 = 4
Still in house: 6 x 1 = 6
Total: 121

I just take it one Sim day at a time and don't worry about anyone elses score.
I just reached double figures in kids and was so proud of myself.
I can't honestly say that I completely don't worry about others' scores (I wish I could say that!), but I thoroughly agree; in my opinion the best way to handle the challenges is to take them in small manageable chunks. Sooner or later you'll find that yet another batch of nooboos is out and ready to live their own lives.

Some of these scores are insanely high!!! Proof of how little I actually know about this game  ;D
My Momma Sim is now pregnant with baby #10! Ten babies seemed like an insane amount going in, but I made it, and she still has a lot of time left as an adult for more! This challenge is good micro-managing practice for my dynasty, I'm used to families of 3 or 4 people, max!

I went with celebrity names - the ingame paparazzi was bothering me so much, I decided celebrity named babies would be appropriate.  From Angelina, Brad, and Charlize to Xavier, Yasmine, and Zahara.   Had lots of fun picking names, although Im not quite as inventive as others in naming.

Yes I do take the challenge in small manageable chunks, and write a lot of notes for myself.  So when I come back the next day to play, I can read my notes and refresh my memory on what im suppose to do next.  Feels like going back to college all over again .. making notes.

I believe you only get two points for each parent, as they completed their LTW and LTR, but did not move out of the house.

Yep, you are right. It was a typo. Final score should be the same though.

Question on getting teens to level 3 at part-time jobs. I've been playing for a while now and I'm ashamed to admit that I've never taken notice of my teenage sims leveling up at their part time jobs...granted I never liked giving them jobs much because it interfered with getting school work done and learning skills. So, exactly how does one help their teenage sims level up?

Is it something that automatically happens after x amount of days working there?

TIA, guys!

It's all part of the strategy Heather. We can't discuss it here.

Ah, okay, sorry.

So, if there is strategy involved then it must not be an automatic thing. Gotcha.

Thanks but I wasn't/am not looking to talk strategy. I just hadn't ever heard of leveling up on part time jobs and didn't know how to go about doing it. An explaination, if you will, is what I was looking for. I didn't find it under teenagers and part time jobs so I simply googled it and now I know.

Thanks though!

Attempted my first challenge! I only had the Ambitions EP, so I can't wait to hear tips on how to improve the score. I'm curious what options are available on other EPs and those on Ambitions I probably didn't use properly...  ;)

14 children moved out x 3= 42
6 children left in house w/o LTW fulfilled x 1 =6
2 parents w/LTW and unique LTR x 2 = 4
Total score of 42.

Loved it!!!

I'm not going to be doing anything like that for this one, but it might be a possibility for March...

Of course I mean after it's over, at least for mine.  I'm not going to give anything away while the contest is going.

Yes, after it's over. I really enjoyed reading some Dynasty challenge stories and think this challenge has potential to be quite funny.

I take snap shots of mine as I'm going along and hope to put them together to make story once I'm finished. If only for the sole purpose of my own enjoyment later  ;D
