Baby Boomer IV: Family Tree Explosion

I was hoping the new patch would help with the game crashing when I try to build another storey up, but it doesn't Guess my kiddies are stuck living in a separate structure from their parents!

I'm finding this extremely difficult... My sim families typically have 1 or 2 kids at most. Is there any penalty for not completing the goals for an age?

The only "penalty" is that you cannot cake them up before their birthdays. Completing the goals lets you use the birthday cake to age them up to the next level before they would do so on their own.

I seem to have had a lot of bad luck so far in this challenge. Here's hoping that things will pick up soon!

Jaymi is right.  The goals are to allow you to age them up early somehow.  If they don't complete than the only real penalty is the time you lost on moving them out quicker to bring in another child.

It's not about beating the best score.  Participation counts for a lot in the World Ranking.

Takes a while to get use to it, though not many people crazy like Pam, Rica, or myself who loves babies !!!!!!
