I'd go with kick out, as they'll still show up in the relationship panel. Moving out requires that you buy them a house, which can get expensive over time. Of course, if Metro, Rica, and Rachel want to make this more challenging, they could add the requirement that you buy them a house...

Nah, you could easily run out of available empty homes and it would be no fault of the player. It's an element that does not need to be tested with what you're really trying to accomplish here.

Regarding the unique LTW requirement for moving out... clearly it has to be unique vs all other siblings; does it have to be unique from the parent's LTW as well or are we allowed to move out a YA who had and completed the same LTW as a parent?

*fully prepared to submit a really weak score here, but I'm going to try it* :)

Is house hopping okay so long as everybody moves?

Unique is unique. If a YA you are trying to move out completed the same LTW as one of the parents, then their LTW is not unique. ;)

Yes, that's fine.

This sounds like a lot of fun.

I have a question about this:

Teen Stage Goals:
• If a Teen has a unique Romantic Interest and reaches level 3 in a part-time career you may cake up the Teen.

Does the part-time career need to be one of the rabbit-hole jobs (such as Grocery Store Clerk, Bookstore Clerk, etc.), a self-employment career, or could it be either?

Thank you.

Self employment careers are not part time.  Part time careers are only the ones available from a rabbit hole.

As far as I know, the glitch with mushroom collecting hasn't been fixed. Will that not be allowed for children?

Is the Baby Swing from the Store allowed? I was wondering because it can be an advantage to players who have bought it.

Have you read the new rules for 2013? Premium content that gives an advantage is banned. The baby swing definitely gives an advantage because you hardly have to do anything to look after the baby.

That challenge really sounds funny.  ;D
For me, it really would be hard to become best friends with a baby. You can't do anything other with them than cuddling, playing and feeding and that really do not increase the relationship strongly.  Or am I having a fallacy?

Yeah, I read the rules. I just wanted it to be confirmed.

Don't worry, the first thing I did was PM the challenge moderators (as is the protocol outlined in the general challenge rules), and the first response I got was that if it's not banned, it's allowed. Shortly after, however, it was reminded in this thread that the baby swing does provide an advantage, and is afterall, banned.

Question about uniqueness ... where a lifetime reward is able to be taken more than once, is it allowed to be taken again, so long as it's by the same sim that took it in the first place?

(i.e. unique to sim or unique-one-time-only)

It's the purchasing that needs to be unique, so that's no problem at all.

Something I've noticed whilst practicing...
If you fullfil a life stage requirement within 24 hours, you can't age up.
I guess that makes sense though.

These part time jobs are so hard for me to progress in. Grrrrrr!!!
