When you reach level 3 in the Law Enforcement career, the game says that you can now apprehend burglars. Does this mean you can fight anyone who tries to break into your home, or that you can do something extra when talking to a known criminal. I had my sim go to the park today in order to get some questioning done, and someone in the burglar suit walked in the park. I went over to talk to her in order to try to question her too. Note that she was wearing the white and black striped shirt and only had two traits, so I'm thinking that she was the NPC burglar, not someone working in the criminal career track. So, like I said before, what exactly does "apprehend burglars" mean, and when can you do it?
