I don't know why you were so worried about not having the material to make a good update, these were great! I liked the addition of a random announcer. Classic. Gunther's reaction was fun as well. I have entirely been brought around to the idea of those two being married (Casper and Cornelia) it's just too funny.

I may as well confess now.  The breakfast scene was totally for you, Tiamet.  I went back and got screenshots of them just for this update so you could see it.  I've been so focused on skilling and skill challenges that I forget to let the other members of the house do anything other than play video games.  I'm such a horrible watcher.

As you know when I originally resurrected Cornelia she died of thirst randomly.   Then we used the philosopher's stone to get her to join the table.   I had her go get some plasma juice first thing and then I told her to use a fountain of youth elixir.  In the middle of her birthday, she "moved on."  Not to be thwarted, I tried it again with the stone.  Gave her plasma fruit and she was still showing as an elder so I went to have her use another elixir.  Died again.    This time I was not to be stopped.  I had Casper use the stone and as soon as she was there I had Malcolm throw the elixir.   She died of thirst.   I used the stone, had her eat a plasma fruit and waited to see what would happen next.  After six hours I decided it was ok to do the whole birthday.  Needless to say, it was frustrating as all get out.

My goodness, she did not want to go along with this! I can't say as I really blame her though--marrying her ex-husband's son.

She threw up all the appropriate wishes once she was in the household.  I think she was just glitched due to her dual nature.  I had another ghost do something very similar in a recent non challenge file so I don't think it's just her.

So glad I finally caught up again. These updates were both interesting and entertaining. I especially liked the Stan/Addy reporter style ones. So clever!

There's this ad for Bing that plays on Hulu that plays that song "Anything You Can Do." It didn't convert me to Bing, but it made me think of your dynasty.

That breakfast scene made my day when I first read it. The wedding scene looks very interesting with the two contrasting ghost types.

Thanks SimBlip.  I'm actually going to be keeping them up to date.   The Grim one is up to date with the story at this time.    The Doll one will be very soon.

Every time I sing the song I think of Mia Hamm and Michael Jordan but I think I'm showing my age again. 

When I did the shots, I just kept thinking to myself.  Why didn't I think of this?   

I do enjoy the red vs green thing.   It's equally funny because all the other women in the house are red skinned.   All we have to do is kill Malcolm with the haunting curse ... nah.

WOW... As you know, Rica, I finished reading Artie's story late last night (my time). I then started reading this. It is now 2:47am here and I have to say it was soooo worth the missed hours of sleep! Even the last update which you were so hard on was pure writing gold. I've said before (somewhere) that I have a "girl crush" on Schip due to her impressive writing, well now it's become a love triangle lol. I know I'm excessively effusive but that's just because words cannot express how great I think the writing on this forum is! I wish a publisher would discover some of the gems we have here so the non-simming world could see how amazing it is! OK I'm going to shut up now lol
