It's a flame fruit.  George comes with the Pyromaniac hidden trait and he passed it along to every single one of his children.  So they can all transmorgify anything into flame fruits or burn nearby objects.

Cool trick for wiitches to be able to turn anything into a flame fruit. So, they could conjure and apple, then transmogrify it into flame fruit! It's like above and beyond witch powers.

Oh yeah, SimBots! I remember now. That's why he was talking so funny! Okay, it all makes sense.

The Grim Recap:

Here's what you might have missed if you just came out of a hole and decided to read this story.   Reka got mad at dying in Artie's dynasty and blamed Rica for it so she turned the watcher into the watched.  Airica was then born as the 7th generation Grim.   The dynasty went on to succeed without a watcher and Reka doing everything she could to get it off track.   Then The Boss got involved.   Reka was captured with the help of poor dead Francisco.   The Boss with the aid of the council decided that the two ladies should compete to get Rica's freedom or Reka's revenge.  Now they're both doing a Life States Dynasty.  So far everything has been close.  Reka looked to be winning until Airica finally caught up.  Ever since they've been with 24 hours of each other getting everything finished.  This holds true still with generation 2 as Tala and Barbie try to finish their requirements.   Barbie is on the fast track to getting it all done.  Especially since she's doing sculpting which is something her mom has supermaxed in a past life.  But how is Tala working out?  Is she all skilling and no fun?

Salem: "Why are you all making noise?  Why can't I move?"
Gunther: "It's your birthday."
Salem: "Does this mean I'll be able to get my own toys now?"
Gunther: "Yep."
Salem: "Awesome."


Salem: "It's over.  You can all leave now.  I'd like to give myself a bath in private.  Thank you."
Little kids voice from afar: "Let's color the kitty."
Adrasteia: "Mom.  Get him!"
Salem: "Wait what?  Leave the kitty alone!"


Adrasteia: "Mwahaha. "

Adrasteia: "You'll get used to it.  Now it's time for everyone to leave the house so I can redo it."

Adrasteia: "Whatever makes you happy then.  The house is ready for you guys to go back home to."
Malcolm: "Oh good. I'll head there then."

Airica: "This better work."
Adrasteia: "Of course it will."
Airica: "I don't feel any different."
Adrasteia: "Maybe that's a good thing.  Welcome to being immortal again."
Airica: "Thanks.. I think."


Gunther: "Hank."
Hank: "Gunther."
Gunther: "You've changed somehow havent you?"
Hank: "I went vampire.  I heard you became a witch. How are you still alive?"
Gunther: "Little help of a potion.  And no I didn't mean the vampire... I know what it is.   "
Hank: "Huh?"
Gunther: "You're plumper than a feast day turkey."
Hank: "Evil old man."
Tala: "No just grumpy.  I'm the evil one."


Gunther: -thinks Tala is flirty-
Tala: "Oh yeah.. and you know what else?  I'm a Firefighter.  Check out these guns."
Gunther: -thinks Tala is very alluring-


Tala: "So uh..." -smooches him-
Gunther: "Oh wow.  Been wondering how long before that happened."
Tala: "Then maybe you should have made your move then huh?"
Gunther: "Shh.. and just do it again."


Gunther: "So this is weird right?"
Malcolm: "Maybe just a little.  I keep wanting to call you Mr Goth."
Gunther: "Yeah well.  Don't expect me to call your Dad or anything."
Malcolm: "Oh I won't.  Trust me."
Gunther: "Ok then. "
Malcolm: "Ok."


Gunther: "What about now?"
Tala: -turns and snickers-"
Gunther: "What?"
Tala: "Nothing.   You should stop eating those."
Gunther: "But they're awesome."
Tala: "I heard they have some fatal side effects."
Gunther: "Naah. That's like saying magic can kill you."


Airica: "Who is the cutest kitty in all of Sunset Valley? huh.  Huh?"
Salem: "me?"
Airica: "Yes you are."
Tala: "Hey Mom.  Think you could help me out again with some of plumbing again?"
Airica: "Sure thing hun.   How many more?"
Tala: "Just a few more than I get that one.  Need to figure out what electronic we can keep breaking."


Adrasteia: "Are you doing what I think you're doing?"
Airica: "Do you think I'm casting ice blast on all the plumbing?"
Adrasteia: "Yes."
Airica: "Then yes I'm doing exactly that."
Adrasteia: "Neat trick.   Dishwasher will help with the electric requirement."
Airica: "Oh cool."
Adrasteia: "Is she doing logic ones too?"
Airica: "Nope just learning it for her lifetime wish.  I think she's going to do collecting.  You know the whole werewolf hunt thing."
Adrasteia: "Cool."


Lupe: "So you see that's why the bandaid is the first step?"
Tala:  "Not at all but keep going."
Adrasteia: " You might be better reading the book."
Tala: "Maybe.  But this is good for our friendship. Keeps her from peeing herself everytime I change in the same room."


Malcolm: "Yeah it's not weird at all to be older than you."
Airica: "Don't worry sweetheart.  I still love you."
Malcolm: "I know.  Just still weird to be older than Mr. Goth."


New Cat: "Did someone order a new cat?"
Salem: "I certainly didn't but I will accept.  Hellloo."
New Cat: "Hello.  Anyone else?"
Airica: "Oh the new kitty is here.   Hello Mischief."
Mischief: "A sim!  oh good.   Hello."


Adrasteia: "Having fun?  Couldn't use the one upstairs?"
Gunther: "I'm fine."
Adrasteia: "Ok.  I'll leave you to it then."

Adrasteia: "You're awfully happy for a guy who almost froze to death just now. "
Gunther: "Tala will keep me warm."
Adrasteia: "Would have been cooler if you died though."
Gunther: "I'll try to not hold that against you."

You'll see that Salem grows into the purple really.   It suits him.  Grim animals rarely stay their original colors.

Yeah I can't believe I didn't get any shots of her at work.  Tala went firefighter for the career rewards.  Her face doing the I'm a firefighter is always hilarious though.  Yes ice blast on various things will help any handiness supermax!  It's the best thing ever really.      Mischief hasn't gotten a makeover yet.  Jacob just isn't interested in changing her because she's orange.

Just a little blue.   He was kinda frozen for a second and then I sent him home when I noticed he wasn't sleeping where I thought he should be.

Doll vs Former Watcher -- So far the race hasn't been much of a race and all the girls seem to do is skill but maybe just maybe something interesting will happen this week.   Let's find out!

Ann got voted Most Likely to Get Married.  And it's a pink ribbon.   Barbie is so jealous.


Ken: "Thanks for coming to my sister's wedding, Jaymi."
Jaymi: -still a teenager- "Thanks Ken.  I'm sure it's going to be wonderful."
Ken: "Actually about that.   I want to be just friends."
Jaymi: "You invited me over to your sister's wedding to break up with me?!"
Ken: "Yeah and now you need to leave if you plan on causing a scene.  Have a nice life, Jaymi.  I'm not the one you're meant for.  You'll see.  I can't invite anyone into the house so you'd never live here and I can't live with you so it just won't work for us."
Jaymi: "It's because I'm a babysitter isn't it?"
Ken: "No it's in the rules.  Barbie was chosen as heir and only she can add to the house.  She chose Don."

Since Reka's lot is poorly planned we added a garage in a poorly planned location too.  One day we'll redo the whole lot but not today!

Ant: "No.   You like these people more.  You take it."
Bee: "I'm not sure I want it."
Ant: "Then why did we get it?'
Adrasteia: "Ok lovelies did you decide?"

Ann: "Uhh.. Travis.  I think I need to go home now.  Bye."

Barbie: "Yes.  Supermaxed.  Time to go get Don and start next generation."
Adrasteia: "Hold up there missy.   You're missing 1 LTR and 2 skill challenges.   Pick an instrument."

Adrasteia: "There's still more work to be done.  Pick an instrument."

Of course we're not heartless.  All Doll babies get to fulfill their LTW.  Even if it gets changed at the last minute.


Barbie: "Addy I give up.  The coolest thing I could thing of that isn't a toilet would be this thing."
Adrasteia: "I kow the toilet thing is genius.  And I'm not sure we could remake that if we wanted to."
Barbie: "Exactly so can I just go back to my instrument of choice now."
Adrasteia: "Sure what is it?"
Barbie: "Figure out what to do about the sculptures will you?"
Adrasteia: "Uhh.. that's your job?"
Barbie: "Fine..  The toilet and 6 of the animals."

This post was supposed to be made last Thursday but I got a sinus infection.   So here's a Love day update several days late!   Hope everyone had a great weekend!   The pattern on Barbie's drums is my first pattern ever made with CAP.

Wow, that pink eyed townie Jaymi is cool! Although . . . usually having "pink eye" isn't a good thing! Barbie's wedding was appropriately as pink and girly as a doll could only dream of. Yay for adorable spotted puppies living longer. Also, the freezer bunny pattern on those drums is pretty awesome.
