Cannot Attend Scout Ceremony

I've heard of this happening with schools that are custom rabbit holes but I'm using Appaloosa Plains, am fully patched and have no conflicting mods. I found a few threads over at the official TS3 forums but the site is down for maintenance so I can't read them :/ It also happens to graduation ceremonies for teens/YA. Anyone else having this trouble and find a work around?

I swear, I never had such a glitchy game until I returned to playing after Supernatural and Seasons came out.

This is also a glitch with combined rabbit holes.  Ever since Supernatural's patch, combined rabbit holes have been causing people to either not get opportunities or to not complete the school ones.

My decision to buy Generations currently rests on whether the multi-rabbit hole issue has been fixed (or whether it is easy to fix with some edit town). I do not have or plan to buy SN, but do plan to buy Seasons. Is the bug still there? Are there workarounds?

Welcome to the forum.  Yeah this is a bug but the bug came with the patch not the expansion so if you are up to date on the patches then you already have it. 

The workaround is to have non combined rabbit holes in your town.   Some towns like Sunset Valley are already like this.
