What buildings are required?

I am currently playing my Sim at Starlight Shores and am wondering what buildings are required for my Sim to improve his snowboarding and soccer skills. Where can I find these buildings?

You just need the items, in entertainment...either skill or athletic. There is a soccer net and half pipe for snowboarding. You will also have to get a board for snowboarding I think and they are in there too.
