Zombie Eye Shadow

Ever since Supernatural introduced the zombie eye shadow (it covers the upper and lower eyelids), my female Sims have randomly had it in place of their regular makeup when they change clothes.  In one game, it mostly happened if she showered during the day and put her clothes back on (instead of her nightgown).  Now I've got Carina in Lunar Lakes playing with the online dating system and every time she changes clothes, no matter what it is, that zombie eye shadow shows up.  I've taken her to a mirror to change her appearance countless times, but the zombie shadow always comes back.  Anyone else have this happen?

I've had it happen but usually with the zombie chapped lips look.  I've had to resort to doing my makeup for each outfit individually without having the padlock locked.  Something about trying to make the makeup the same for each outfit is causing the issue for me.  I wonder if it's doing it for you, too.  I think it was the seasons patch that did it though, not supernatural.  I had originally thought it was because I was using an unlocked choice (meaning I used unlockOutfits to access it).

I haven't had the zombie make up but I have found that I have to do make up for each outfit as the padlock doesn't seem to work anymore.

You have to toggle it off and then on again. I found that it worked for me.

(Also, the Egyptian eyeliners from WA seem to only be for everyday and will default to something awful for the other outfits. I love them but can't use them because of that.)

This is what I had to do before but that doesn't work anymore for me.  If I keep the padlock locked, it causes me to get the zombie makeup on another outfit.

I've had this ever since Supernatural came out. I've even stopped giving my ladies eye shadow since it annoyed me so much. Sometimes it just takes to much time to change all the looks manually. I also experience that the padlock isn't working.

Thanks for all the replies.  I've been trying to get it worked out, but it's not working as I'd hoped.  The padlock keeps locking itself after I unlock it.  Sometimes the eye shadow is right and sometimes it isn't.  It's about 50/50 right now.

Now that I have 70s, 80s, 90s installed, instead of getting the zombie make up, I get the bat and star eye shadows on every outfit.  I've been changing each outfit individually and unlocking the makeup like I did with the zombie eyes, but it's not working.  Just as soon as my Sim goes into a different outfit, the make up reverts back to the bat or star.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?  And have you found a solution?

I don't do makeup that often so I don't know about that problem, but mine had been the face paint.  I keep them away from it now unless they sneak and get it (not the sim sneak). 
It won't come off in the shower, it stayed on matter what, went to CAS and took it off, came back and stayed off for a while.
I think what helped was sending her to another country.  She showered there, it came off and didn't return again.  Same with another one, but hadn't tried that with others as I had to reinstall games.
