I'm using that in my Hidden Springs game. A bit small for my taste, but useable. My Sims keep going out on the porch during thunderstorms to have snow cones. Argh. :P

I haven't downloaded this from the exchange yet but I know that the exterior is just like Prairie Smile from the base game (3 br, 2.5 ba).  I'm not a big fan of most of EA's decorating (wink) so I'll probably give it a miss.  Would be interesting to see side by side screenshots to show the differences.
