Have any non-Americans found how much this will cost in their country? I live in Sweden, and I haven't been able to find any info on the prices here, and I think our simpoint bundles are slightly more expensive so using a currency converter won't help much. I don't expect it to be insanely expensive, so I'm obviously getting it, but it would be nice to know what the price will be

Also, less than 6 hours left until the live broadcast! I'm really looking forward to it. The ones for Lucky Palms and Sunlit Tides were really entertaining and definitely got me hyped for the release.

Just finished watching the live broadcast. You can re-color the roses in the window-box. There are some new road signs, including "No Garlic," and a European speed limit sign. You get a new hair style for women and a straw boater for men, and a beautiful new formal. Also, there's a new 10-point painting, which has 5 different pictures.

Lots of detail; I'm definitely getting it.

The Live Broadcast was very nice. Loved everything they showed. New trees and plants also. Love the red poppies. Being able to recolor the flowers in the flower boxes is awesome.

10-point painting? What does that mean: extra large painting to make? Like Nightwatch size?

10 point painting is referring the environment score...it adds 10 to the environment.  So the painting has the same environment value as Puck's Silloquy.

I am very excited about this world. For some reason the stadium as a coliseum made me giddy. Finally a place to use all those odd clothing choices I have in CAS that I never use.

Do you mean the pizza oven can't be used outside of Monte Vista?

No I mean the only way to get the pizza oven in your game is to get it with Monte Vista.   If you don't buy the world, it won't ever be available to you.

Oh, after that broadcast, I love this world even more than I did before. It's much larger than I thought, and I like that it's actually a somewhat traditional world (it's not a desert, not an island, not on the moon), but with an interesting twist (the city on the hilltop), some foreign flavor and impeccable execution. The 64x64 lot with the park/fishing spot/whatever next to it is brilliant. Just brilliant.

The pizza oven is really cute, and I love that there's a pizzeria, I love the new rabbitholes, I love the bridges, I love the large amount of fishing/swimming spots, and I love how amazingly well this world fits with pretty much all EPs. That plaza covered in snow with a family of cats running around? Yes, yes please.

Now I need to find something to keep me occupied until next thursdag, I guess. I hate this part.

I still want to cry every time I find out anything new about this. I love Italy so much, pizza is my favourite, there are so many options on that oven! It's all so amazing!

That oven is extremely tempting. I've never bought points or a world and don't really like the idea of doing so, but if this world is well-designed with lots of room for lots from all the expansion packs, I might make an exception. And while I'm generally a lover of colder places and snow, this warm Mediterranean aesthetic definitely has its charm, too. Hopefully there'll be more screenshots of lots and rabbit holes soon.

This expansion is going to make me hungry every time I play!! I love Italian food. I want some now and it's just 7:30 AM here.

Anyway, looking forward to this one. Not sure when I'll get it but I am definitely going to buy this one sometime.

Man, seems like it might be way more expensive here in Sweden. I was only able to find one site that mentioned the Swedish prices (and it didn't seem very reliable) but it said Monte Vista + 1900 simpoints will cost 350 Swedish crowns, which is roughly equivalent to 52 US dollars. I think (hope) the site may be wrong though, considering it would make this world significantly more expensive than the others, and all the other simpoint bundles are actually slightly CHEAPER than in the US,

I'll definitely be getting it either way, but man, I really hope that price is wrong
