Christmas Lights

Has anyone found the lights for the outside of the house yet? My sims have a wish to put them up. I could swear that I've looked everywhere!

Oh, Christmas lights!  I can't get too excited about snow (there's too much of it out in my driveway waiting to be shovelled), but I can't wait to see what the Christmas lights look like.

Where do you live? I miss snow and I want it. Also weather looks too warm to snow anytime soon. Hopefully I get seasons when I wake up before going to work.

Here's what Agnes Crumplebottom's house looks like with snow and hanging white lights.   They also do string and you have all the options you could want color wise like the lights they have indoors.

They're icicle lights and that's what they look like.  I wouldn't mind seeing more of them, either.

All the lights look so beautiful! I love the colored ones.

Just found out the way the holiday lights work is the game just automatically runs them along the roof edges so the more roof sections your house has the better it will look but builds like my castle that have many walls and only a few roofs look kind of bare.

Would have been nice if we could place them where ever we wanted to in build/buy mode. That combined with (moveObjects on) and making a Griswold household would have been a lot more fun.

My current game is actually glitched.  I click on the front door, but I don't get the option for lights.  It's an original house in Lunar Lakes.  I tried replacing the door, but nothing.

Is the door set as the front door? Or maybe there isn't anywhere for the lights to hang? Try adding a roof section somewhere and then try?
