There are several items that some members will have access to now that Seasons is available. If you received the Limited Edition or you ordered through Origin, you should be getting an email from EA with all of your exclusive content registration numbers. Content numbers are usually 16 digits long. For people who receive the physical copy of the disc, the limited edition content with have a number inside the case for you to find.

If you ordered through Origin (before release date), you may have access to the exclusive The Trick-or-Treat Costumes Pack. You can go to

If you got the limited edition version of Seasons, you will have access to the exclusive Ice Lounge. You can enter that 16 digit code

There is also a free registration reward for registering your game with TheSims3.com. Once you have registered your game and it shows up on your "My Page", you should get prompted to download
Seasons Wall Decal Pack from the TS3 store.
In my experience, the top two websites do not stay up forever. They have already taken down the Supernatural ones and that was a little over two months ago. Even if you're not ready to download the content, if you have the codes, it might be a good idea to go ahead and register them.
Once you've entered your codes - give your purchase history 10 minutes to load the items before starting to panic.
If your codes don't work, contact customer support and they will be more than willing to help you out. I contacted them through Origin for a chat window when I didn't get my codes with Supernatural. The person I talked to was very helpful and courteous. We were in a conversation for less than 10 minutes before my issue was resolved and we were both on our way to doing other things.
