I got that potion too but I forgot how I got it. I remember it was a prize from something, maybe it was fishing like someone had said. As far as getting rid of unwanted puppies, just don't feed them I guess. They'll probably die of starvation or someone will come and take them away. I did that with a dog and had like four puppies and I was like, ok now I have four extra dogs to take care of and I wasn't crazy about that. I just didn't feed them and I think someone came to take them away, but be careful because they also took the mother away so if you don't want to lose the dog you want to keep you might have to find another alternative.
