Remodel of Cleanesque Laundromat - Request for bijou243

This is a remodel of the Cleanesque Laundromat in Twinbrook to make it a residential home.
Lot size: 15x30
Cost: $116,319 Furnished, $57,245 Unfurnished
Content from Base Game, Ambitions, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural. No store content or Stuff Pack content used.


Exterior
There is one car parking spot in the garage, but the yard is completely empty, so you can add in what you like.


Front Entrance and TV area.


Combined Kitchen/Dining room, main floor bathroom, laundry room beside the bathroom.




Second floor landing with gym and study area. I left a fairly large empty space so that you can add in whatever specific skilling objects you want.
Also the kids bedroom with bunkbeds.


Nursery.


Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

This is wonderful. Those unused upper floors of the laundromat always made me sad.

fortheloveofcake - Thank you  so much!  It looks great! I'm going to download and move someone in tonight!  I think where I was getting stuck was on trying to make the front entrance at the end of the house, on the diagonal wall.  That just didn't work and it's clear now that the entrance should be near the garage.  Thanks for the quick work, too!    :)

Just wanted to update fortheloveofcake anyone who wants to download - this house plays very well!  I am really enjoying it.  I took the car parking spot out of the garage and turned it into storage for a gemcutter and lab station and stuff like that.  I had forgotten about the tombstone in the backyard but it's not a big deal.  As soon as someone dies on the lot, voila!  new tombstone!  Look out paparazzi...   ;D
