I don't remember exactly their age, but I think it was 132 for Adriana and George was around 119.  She was older than him, he was athletic, brave, good, family-oriented  (5?) and was always wanting to exercise.  She was an author, bookworm, computer whiz, family oriented, and love of outdoors so she was sitting and writing a lot.

He was a townie so I don't know if that was a factor.  He did get his LTW, surrounded by family.  Will never do that one again!  He lived long enough to see his grandchilden reach teen and his great-great-grandchild be born.
They might have seen another generation born, but it was the last born who continued the family line.  Plus, I hadn't started the "have them early" aspect yet.  I get to see how long that will last, as he married his high school sweetheart I think it was just three days after aging up.  I don't use the default life stages, babies 2 days, toddler 9, child was at 15 and teen at 15.  YA and A at 40, Elder at 25, so that can affect how many generations a sim can see after them.

My sims must be incredibly unhealthy. The current record-holder for me lived to be...104. Though he never died and I still have the file. Maybe I'll resume it just to see how long he lasts.

126! One of my legacy non-heirs! He was the oldest sim in the household. So old he lived to see his great-great-great-nephew (my gen. 5 heir) get married! :)

My homeless lagacy founder made it to 150 days! She and her son almost got to be elders together :o She was not athletic or a vegetarian. Interestingly, her son who was athletic went at 89 days. Sad because he was one of the rare Sims I had gotten attached to.

I am lousy at math and have no understand of computer programing; but something has me curious.

Going by the default the lifespan of a sim is 90 days.
If you extend it, such as I have, the total came to 181 days.  So, I would think that the lifespan would also be longer, at least to the 181 days, if not more.

Yet, the two that I lost were below the 181 age mark, unless I have the age wrong (am going to check old saves hopefully with them in it).  Is it calculated that no matter how a lifespan is changed in the options the programing is for the sims to die at around 90 days?  Basically, unless I turn off aging, my sims no matter how long a life I give them, they will die somewhere around 100 days, maybe sooner for some.

I could be remembering the age wrong, but for the default lifespan, which I think this topic is mainly focusing on, over 100 is doing good.

Someone on here reportedly had Jon Lessen live to be 210 or so Sim days.

@Janna - you most likely have the age wrong. I don't dig into the script cores (can't read C++ and don't have the necessary tools) so I can't be sure of where the death chances kick in at longer lifespans but, as I posted above, the chance is calculated every day. I'm not sure if it stacks though (I think I read somewhere it does). If your lifespan was up to 181 days, you have a few possibilities:
a) Your Sims were unlucky (likely).
b) The game doesn't calculate the death chance as it should.
c) The game was glitched.

Found it, at the age span that I have the total days would be 181 days.  George died at age 196 and Andriana lived to around 232, not sure exactly, but I do remember that there was a 32 and in a post on another thread I noted their ages; she was at 204 and still alive.  So, it had to have been 232.  Which is not bad if they had the lifespan of 181 days.

So, I am guessing that at the 90 days lifespan, she would have been around 115 and he would have been around 98.  He was the athletic one, she was the author, she had been older than him by a few days, so she should have died first, but didn't.
They still had a good and full life.

In one legacy I'm playing in Appaloosa Plains, Hetty Lionheart  that is NOT a member of my household could live for 124 days.

F.Y.I. the age span is normal one and I didn't scroll it up or down; so, live expectation is quite low.

Assuming the percentages Seabody gives above kick in at Day 91, there's a 50-50 chance for a non-marathonner sim to live to be 95, and a 50-50 chance for a marathonner sim to be 97.  But the older you get, the more days marathon runner gets you: there's a 25% chance for a non-runner sim to be 99, or for a runner to be 102. Even a non-runner sim has a 7% chance of living to 108; for a runner, that's a 14% chance (about 1 in 7).

Non-household members tend to have their aging glitch up, so I don't know if I'd count them. In one game I had a woman stuck as an Adult while her grandchildren were dying of old age...

My oldest sim died of old age, but I missed her, so I brought her back as a ghost.  (:

My oldest Sim was in a test run of a Random Town Jump - one of my spares lived to 138 - he was so old that he outlived his siblings and both of his nephews. When he finally passed, his sister's granddaughters were close to becoming elders themselves! For a townie, my record was with Hank Goddard who died at 121 days.

My longest-lived sim lived to 119. He was generation four's second husband in my dynasty, and while he was a very pleasant sim who cared deeply about his wife and was well-loved by everyone he met, I got deeply annoyed with his longevity. :P
