Bragging about being a fire fighter

Hi, I would like to know what level a sim would have to be to be able to brag about being a fire fighter. Also, do you still have to be employed as a fire fighter to brag about it, or can you still do it after switching to another job?

I don't know if the option is still there for previous firefighters, but I've had firefighters be able to brag about it the moment they joined the profession.
