Just to let everyone know, wedding gifts are working once again.

Lol, yes at first when Generations came out they worked. Then with the next patch or EP the stopped.

They worked before 1.31, I think. I got wedding gifts all the time during patch 1.29.

I think I was the first to call it for witches.  Why not fairies though, hmm?

I just ran into a serious glitch.   I was testing the attractive system which I can't figure out.   Artie met someone, married them and they never moved in.   Artie's wife kept her name, her house, her roommates.  I was still only playing Artie.

Wondering if it was a bug I tried it again in an unaltered Lucky Palms with Donovan Steel and Marisol Loera.  Same thing.  Both were private weddings at some place random.

What if you get the prospective spouse to move in first, then have the wedding?  Will that work?

Nope, didn't get it, and she never showed up in the panel. Luckily it was a test file and I shift click and "Add to family"

I just tried it again.   I had two people living together use an arch and they both reset. I was able to get them to exchange rings again but I'm thinking this is a serious game breaking bug.

As for the two living apart, never got the window.  Nothing popped up.  One second exchanging rings, then the kiss, then nothing like it had never happened.  The only proof was the relationship had changed to husband/wife and Artie had the moodlets.  Just no changing of address of anything.


Let me test it some more tomorrow with various variables like with memories off and on plus I don't know what else.

It also seems like the refrigerators only keep the food one day before it spoils

Are you using that witch spell where you make food good again, because I heard it does that.

Broken weddings? No! My second gen is supposed to get married this very day!

Does this affect moving in people as friends? I can live without marriage if I must, but if I can't move anyone in at all, there goes every dynasty.
