In her blog. Alot of problems seem to be addressed there. Even the collecting of space rocks, use of telescope, alot of the resetting issues are addressed when Seasons is released.

Thanks for the info and link, but if you don't get seasons then your game is going to stay broken it sounds like.  I'm getting seasons, but for those who don't that is unacceptable.  Having to do a workaround just because EA was too lazy to do it so those who chose not to purchase seasons would still have their game work correctly.

True, and alot of ppl don't use mods. I know twallan, as she mentioned has worked in fixes in his mods for some of the problems like the telescope. I for one, am going Seasons and so can't wait for it!

So am I, but I agree that it's unreasonable to assume everyone will. Especially, that everyone will get it in as soon as it is released. I hope there is a  patch soon that fixes the wedding issue for the rest of the players. I think someone playing only base game should still be able to run their game, and not be told they have to buy a new game to get it to work.

This Patch is really annoying me. It was installed, then Every game I play It stops working, Due to this I have had to restart my Lifestates dynasty for A FOURTH time. But I do like the patterns that come with it. Is there anyway to uninstall a patch?

I don't think so.

I think the only way to uninstall a patch is to uninstall and re-install the game, and then patch up manually to the level you want.

Some of it will probably be fixed for those who don't want Seasons in another patch around the release date of Seasons probably.

I gave in and am downloading the patch manually (I still get File Not Found errors when using the Launcher/Origin). I'm waiting for the installer to load. Interestingly though, Google Dictionary (the Chrome extension) crashed while the installer was opening...
