Private Eye Career Trophies

Has anybody finished playing the career "Private Eye" and got all the trophies (7) in Appaloosa Plains and Luner Lakes lately?  I got 6 only, since whatever I do I can't trigger the case of the "Cop Gone Rogue" in these 2 areas, and in fact this happened to me for a long time.  Does anybody know the reason why?  Hope you can help.
