When I was looking around for Evil Sims, I think I found one in a household called (something) and Good or Goode.  Would that be Goodwin, by any chance?  Does he live with an Evil Sim?

Yes, I think it's Bad and Goode

Yes, actually. Goodwin is roommates and enemies with Sinbad Rotter. The household is called Goode and Bad.

Then I already have him in the bin.  I just haven't brought them to town because Good Sims aren't welcome at this point.  And I've been trying to figure out how to introduce a household with one Good and one Evil Sim.  It's a puzzle.  I'll have to think more on this.  But thanks for letting me know about Goodwin - I might otherwise not have used that household.  :)

Thinking, thinking ...

I get why showers are bad, now I don't have to be afraid of my shower! [For the record, I was not afraid of my shower. That would be silly ;)]

Wow, I didn't see that coming.  I would have never thought of that.

Ooh, I was so close! My guess was that there was something in the water to turn Sims Evil. I didn't even think of the "Take Evil Shower" option, that's so clever!  ;D  I'm looking forward to this "something significant."

Further Exploration

Diary Entry

Sunset Valley - or Sundown Town, as it is now more aptly known - is horrific.  Gambling and cannons in the park, Evil Sims and spies everywhere, even in the mirrors.  Not to mention the old Payne-in-the-Neck who expected me to work.  And I didn't have the plane fare to escape.  Creepy as Raven House was, it was my only refuge.  Clearly the smart thing for me to do would be to bolt the doors and hide out.

The only flaw in that plan was that my supply of nectar was becoming seriously depleted.  And the Consignment Store was my only hope of replenishment.  So with many misgivings, I set out for downtown.

I was out of luck at the Consignment Shop.  Cornelia refused to serve me and actually seemed to be cowering in fear behind the counter.

I wondered what could have put such terror into my friend.  When I turned around, I saw two Sims watching me.  They introduced themselves as Agnes Seabottom (formerly of Barnacle Bay)and Graf Synde von Ybel.  As far as I can determine, the Graf's name appeared to translate as "Evil of Evil" - and it suited him.

They had the usual reaction to discovering me to be a Good Sim.

I ran across the street where a young woman in a cook's clothing was standing.  She appeared pleasant enough, and soon I was telling her of my broken marriage.

Unfortunately, I learned she was a member of the Warrior gang, and she made it clear she had a low opinion of Good Sims.

She beckoned to one of Vita's spies standing nearby, and I beat a hasty retreat.

My old map of Sunset Valley showed a large library in the centre of town, and I thought I would take refuge there.  Bookworms are usually a peaceful lot.  Surely I would be safe in the library.  But where my map showed a library, all I found was a weedy empty lot with dead trees.

I hurried home, resolving to stay in the safety of my own living room.

Poor guy.  Such a lonely, isolated life.  :-\

That's sad how much Sunset Valley has changed. But I'm glad that the Nameless one is going to hopefully fix it.

The library getting torn down makes me cry, especially since it's already happening where I live.  :( I really hope Nameless succeeds.

Aww, that is so sad to think of a library being torn down, Audren!  Makes me want to cry too.

As for Nameless, I hope he succeeds too, but he has a very big job ahead of him.  And so far he really hasn't done much other than explore the town a bit, drink nectar, and trash his house.  I think I underestimated the effect his Couch Potato, Childish and Slob traits would have.  He really just wants to play and loaf around all the time!
