So, when you use it it would be kind of a guessing game? Like, who guessed it right? I'm a bit confused. :-\

No, it would have nothing to do with who is or isn't right.  Maybe everybody would be right, or nobody.  That doesn't affect what I'm thinking of.  I don't want to be more specific because that would give my idea away, and really it's just the germ of an idea at this point and will no doubt change before then.  But if people would rather not, that's fine.  It was just an idea!  :D

Oh, I get it now! I think I read it wrong, thanks for the clarification. I have a few ideas, some better then others.
Edit:Should I make the print small so you don't see it at first or regular?

Regular print is fine.  As long as you put in the subject line what the message is, I'll know not to look at it right away.

And I'm not certain I will be able to use it.  What I have is just the beginning of an idea, so I can't tell yet if it will develop further or not.  But if you want to put your theory or guess in writing and send it to me, I'll see if I can find a way to use it later on.

I thought the other sim might be Miraj, since we already saw Iqbal earlier in the story.

Argh, another cliffhanger! You certainly know how to keep your readers on their toes!

Mary

Mary finds herself at a bit of a loss.  She isn't sure what she should do.  Before she came to Sundown Town, Mr Payne had told her "This is a very important mission.  Crucial to the future of Sims everywhere.  And our man is struggling.  He's alone, he's overwhelmed by the forces against him, and frankly, he's not the strongest character.  Not the most likeable either, if the truth be told.  Are you sure you want to do this?  You don't have to, you know.  It won't be easy for you."

But Mary was resolute.  "You told me my life had a higher purpose, and I believed you," she said, seemingly referring to some previous interaction between her and Mr Payne.  "I want to help.  I'll do anything.  But are you sure I'm up to this job?  I wouldn't want to disappoint you."

Mr Payne replied, "You could never do that, child.  No matter how this turns out, you will never be a disappointment to me.  I wish I had some advice for you, some guidance to tell you how to proceed.  But the truth is, no-one has ever encountered such a situation before.  You have good instincts - listen to them.  And don't be bothered if he is stubborn or resistant to you at first - it's his way.  Just carry on, and wait for him to come to you.  I wish I didn't have to send you into such a dangerous situation, though."

Mary looked the old man straight in the eye.  She smiled and said, "You know my story.  You know the harm I inflicted on myself.  After that, how should I fear what others might do to me?   I'm ready.  I'll do my best to succeed."

Brave words, before the fact.  But now that she's here in Sundown Town, what should she be doing?  After the failure of his transparent attempt to frighten her into leaving, Nameless has taken to completely ignoring her.  Preparing his meals and cleaning up after him seems to be all he wants from her, and she has a lot of time on her hands.

She decides to take up sculpting.  Her first efforts are quite amateurish, like this splintery wooden toilet.  Who would want to sit on that?  My bum hurts just looking at it.

Nameless won't talk to her, so Mary has to get out of her basement and meet people.  Some are friendly, such as this member of the Freaks household.  (I'm avoiding telling you his first name, because it embarrasses me.  Names are definitely not my strong point.  Oh, all right, here it is - the poor guy's name is Waggles, because of his dog-like features.)

Mary and Miraj hit it off, of course.

And what a relief to meet someone who is neat, after Nameless and his slovenly ways!

Not all the neighbours are as welcoming.  Madame Defarge (of A Tale of Two Cities fame) recoils at encountering a Good Sim.

Here we see Mary meeting another neighbour, Jack the Knife.  A composite of Jack the Ripper and Mack the Knife, he embodies all the evil of both those characters.  I do think he has a certain rakish charm, but this boy is emphatically not one of the good guys.

So why, then, do we find Jackie walking away from his bedroom with Mary on his mind while she makes the bed?  Could Mary be so desperate for social interaction that she would consort with a disreputable villain like that?  Surely not.

Did you make your own Sims based on historical and fictional characters? I am so impressed! Or should I say, Simpressed?

I wasn't trying to replicate their actual appearance, I really just borrowed the names.  Frankly, it was easier than trying to think up names myself!

Oh, I wish I'd thought of that one!  I might just go ahead and make him, if you don't mind me appropriating the name (which, by the way, is extremely clever).

Will you show Adolf Simler moving in, can call him one of the worst, saying he already took over another town, before coming to Sundown Town to help the other evil sims?  :P

Ooh, will Mary's story be seperate or shown as a part of Nameless' battle?
And you're still mean and not telling us what Mr. Payne had to say when he came to visit next because he hasn't come back yet.  :P
