My Screen doesn't move anymore

First, thank you everyone who helps me.

I don't know what happened.  My game screen stopped moving/scolling to a spot when I lead it there with the mouse.  I can't follow sims or see out of the house, etc.  This just started happening.  I restarted the game twice and checked the options (I don't think anything changed in there, but I really don't know).  It is just now difficult/nearly impossible to function in the game and not be able to move locations.  I am able to zoom in/out and rotate in a circle.  Any help is appreciated!

I don't know how many different ways there are to move the screen around, but I use the one here I hold down the right mouse button and move my mouse around.  This makes the screen move in whatever direction my mouse is going.  If you've been moving it a different way, maybe try this way and see if it works.

I will try it that way.  Previously, my screen just moved with my mouse.  I did not have to click (left/right) at all.  It was very easy and convenient. Thank you!

Oh!  Now that I think about it, I remember that there's a setting that lets the screen scroll without clicking or holding a button.  I tried that and didn't like it because it was constantly in motion and sort of made me dizzy.  I put it back to where I have to hold down the right button and I like it much better.

You need to access the menu by clicking on the button in the lower left corner that has 3 dots on it (while in the game).  Then select Options.  The tab you need is Game Options with the image of 2 gears.  On that tab, you're looking for the Edge Scrolling option at the top of the page.  If it's clicked, then it moves around with just the mouse.  If it's unclicked, you use the right button on your mouse.
