But this is a guide for an easier way, though it may require you to violate the soul of the game by 'cheating'.

1. In regards to getting Gems and such
As you may have known, to get heart-shaped cut you're required to find 10 gems and such. You can do this easily with buydebug, then go on your buy list, go to the option of seeing by function rather than by room (so it's all in icon boxes) and click the question mark! In there just go to gem spawns and place it in one spot of your lot where you want all the gems to keep spawning and such. Whualah! Easy step 1.
Now... For step two, the Life Fruit...
If you are still on buydebug click on the fruit/veg plant spawns and just find the one which spawns life fruit plants (not the seeds or else you get the hassle of learning gardening first) and spawn a lot because sometimes the plant spawned won't have fruits ready.
Palladium could be done by above, but since I haven't gotten WA re-installed, I had to use miner and such and find it by luck.
And scraps can easily be purchased from your table... If your short on cash, just use ctrl + shift + c and type motherlode and finish it off with a tap on the ENTER key.
Now just wait as your sim spends hours (sim hours) building your very own simbot, of which you can use the time to stretch, get a drink or go out for some fresh air.
