Problems with an Afterschool Opportunity

I've enrolled one of my Sims into the Music club, as an afterschool activity. He got the "All Strings Attached" opportunity, but I can't execute it. When I choose the Everglow Academy & Coliseum in Moonlight Falls, no options appear. I'm not sure what causes this, so help would be appreciated.

The cause seems to be that bundled rabbit holes are causing Sims to be unable to complete or receive opportunities.  Replacing the rabbit hole might help but most people are saying they just get rid of the  building and put in a school and stadium from one of the other towns/stuff packs.
