Zombie needs

When Supernatural is installed here I will continue building my Castle Costalot on magical items (it is a castle after all ;)) but as I have read here multiple times about zombie invasions and gates to prevent them ruining your garden (in search for brains as that is what I assume they do) I am blessed with the gate from Late Night at the entrance of the courtyard, so zombies and papparazzi can chill there.
Thing is, do they have any needs? If they really need to come to my yard the least I can do is feeding them or making them comfortable. So what do they need?

In one of my first game sessions I worried about their needs too. I tried leaving a bowl of brains and they ignored it. It seems that they are basically vegetarian.

I wanted to see what all they might do so I was trying to attract them. (I never had the zombie over run problem.) After all I had to test my pea shooters and my witch needed someone on who she could practice spells and curses.

My zombies loved the boom box for dancing, they were very attracted to the mood light and they loved the wishing well from Lucky Palms. They would fish and I'm assuming they were wishing for happiness because they would get the glitter all around them and raise up off the ground.

Most of the zombies I've seen have the thought bubble that shows an aching back so I'm assuming they are in some kind of pain.

Really, the kindest thing you can do for them is to either shoot them with the pea-shooter or cure them with an elixir. They're all homeless townies -- the paparazzi, singers, acrobats, magicians, etc. -- doubling as zombies. I suppose the question is whether you want to make them happy as a zombie or happy as a sim.

What is that pea-shooter thing doing?

It's the little green plant that came with the LE of Supernatural. If you click on it you can choose to shoot a zombie or play catch with it.

If you shoot a zombie all it does is knock them out for a while and then they get up and run off.

Nice! I have that. I'll try that when I've installed the expansion.

If you want to do damage to the zombies skill up a witch/alchemist. They can curse, cast spells and use elixirs on the zombies.

Not true. I play Bridgeport and Bianca Rubble became a zombie, so did Kai Laiko (spelling) and MANY others. My witch sim cured them; but, it's not only homeless. In fact, I only found out they were zombies when she went to the dance club and they were dancing. When she entered, I got the message "zombie attack". So she cured them and that was it.

Most likely because the zombies infected them.

@Leto, if you want to find out about the zombie needs, let your sim use a zombie elixir on himself. It only last two days. But don't use the potent zombie elixir, it is permanent. You can find the elixir at the elixir shop after a few tries. Sometimes if you're lucky it can be at the first try.

A bowl of brains?  You're kidding, right?

Nope I've seen it, its a quick meal option. I think it's only ice cream though, it only looks like a brain. Here's a picture.
Edit: It's called Brain Freeze a la mode.
We are of peace, always but this is war.
We are of peace, always.
We'll help build a resistance. We have to fight.

When all you've ever loved has been stolen from you, sometimes all you have left is revenge.
For the truly wronged, satisfaction can be found in one of two places,  absolute forgiveness or mortal vindication. This is not a story about forgiveness. When deception cuts this deep, someone has to pay.

Brain Freeze a la mode! Whaahaha, I love EA humor! :D

So... how do you make this: sacrificing a sim? And uh... is there a vegy version as well?
(last one was a joke.)
