Now that all of Ruby's requirements are finished, her lifetime wish to be a mystic healer is her next goal. To do this she needs to reach level 8 of her witch magic so that she can use her sunlight charm to cure 12 zombies, so she's been spending a lot of time practicing her magic spells.
One night a zombie shows up in Ruby's backyard and keeps attempting to attack her. This is impossible though because Ruby is inside the house, and as we know from Samoht04's recent Characters dynasty, zombies can't open doors because their arms would probably fall off if they tried. Ruby still doesn't appreciate the attempt though so she decides to go out and practice her curses on it to help level her magic.
Just as she finishes completely humiliating the zombie by making it pee itself, another shows up...then two more. Soon her lawn is soaked in zombie urine. Ruby is having so much fun with this she decides to break out her heretofore unused haunting curse.
This set off a pretty fun chain of reactions where everyplace they turned the ghosts were being frightened by zombies, the zombies were being disgusted by the ghosts everywhere, and they all seemed to be terrified of Ruby.
And Ruby learned that apparently when you cast a haunting curse on your property, the summoned ghost then has free reign to raid your fridge, haunt your furniture, and use your shower. Worth it.
After all of the zombies were thoroughly haunted, she turned a few of them into toads.
It was almost morning when, after an entire night of zombie cursing, Ruby finally learned her sunlight charm. It was fitting that the first zombie she cured was the one that initially showed up and futilely tried to attack her the night before. She only managed to cure one other before the sun came up, but she's well on her way to having a completed LTW.
The following night was Dante's adult birthday, (and I couldn't believe how long he has until he becomes an elder!) I've been working on his LTW of being the The Emperor of Evil, as well as getting him ready to paint some portraits.
Oh, and this also happened.
