I'm waffling too.  I had pre-ordered Supernatural, then realized I didn't want the werewolves or the vampires or the zombies, so I canceled my pre-order, and decided to get Seasons instead.

But...I don't know!  The new plants sound super cool, and I do like gardening and collecting, so I think I would enjoy those aspects.  And the broom riding seems fun.   I use a lot of mods, so I'd have no problem managing the supernatural elements I don't want to deal with....

I am also wondering, like Skyla,  about how much space it takes up.  I also play on a laptop, and I suspect both Seasons and Supernatural might be too much, so I'm trying to decide between the two...and thought I had decided, but I'm getting more interested in Supernatural.

Mine took up very little space in comparison to Pets, in fact I remember looking at it saying "wow, this expansion is really small for what it says it offers" but it seems to offer a lot with little space required. :) It's only about 3 gigs or so, but it didn't feel like it when I was downloading it (it went by so quickly)!

Great! I've been thinking about getting this game, at first I was abit unsure, with all the supernatural sims taking over my town but it seems like a good EP and I know I won't get bored with this!

My Review:
The sims 3 supernatural adds new lifestates to the game, the main lifestates are:Ghosts,Witches,Fairies,Zombies,Vampires, and werewolfs.  There are 6 new traits(that I know of)  and they are brooding, supernatural fan, supernatural skeptic, gatherer, proper, and night owl.  The game adds air conditioners, but they would look weird inside of a house and you can't actually do anything with them.  There's also a few new skills like alchemy, and, well, that's the only one I can think of right now.  Witches, Fairies, and werewolves, will gain new abilitys as you use them.(ex, fairies eventually get bloom which is a thing you can use to make a plant grow up quickly and to me is the most awesome feature that they have.)  There's also little touches to the game that are cool like the beekeeping box, the gem cutter, moondial, mood lamp, the claaaaw, rocking chair, and I'm guessing other things that I'm just forgetting.  Also, with the moon phase, it's not only werewolfs that get a moodlet.  The new career is a fortune teller.  There's also a few new community lots.  Red Velvet lounge, The toadstool, um, I can't remember the others.  But I love supernatural!

Edit: Wow, I feel stupid sometimes, I also forgot to add that there are population controls, and if you don't want zombies, you can set the moon to a phase that is anything other than full moon.  But I wouldn't recommend setting it to new moon if you have a fairy becuse I think that gives them a negative moodlet.
EAT COOKIES.  You'll like them!

Yes. It does give a negative moodlet.
A 1920s era house needing heat, AC, new floors, new drywall on the walls and ceilings, new bathroom fixtures, new kitchen cabinets, new water heaters.... The roof is sound, but why didn't I just buy an empty lot?

For me the witches are the best. I hate having fairy wings, and turning into a werewolf. But, witches can turn the town upside down. In my game, my sim and her husband are the only witches in their town. So they play havoc with the townies (by the way, they are eternally faithful) by casting love charms on other townies. There are some hilarious and disasterous results.
